Too big

I went by the size chart. They arrived and I love them. However they are to large. I did shrink one in the dyer and it fits better. Is this normal?

Runs way too small and the quality of the fabric is pathetic. Don’t buy Oxknit— it’s basically H&M quality.

I have no confidence in the zipper- it has been difficult to use since the first and I nearly sent it back. I like the shirt however.
