Knit that’s not very well made

Unlike other products from oxknit this isn’t well made. After trying it on, parts that should lie flat like pokers don’t, it seems stretched in parts, and I dread to think how it will stand up to a wash. The colour is great, and it feels like it would keep me warm

Thanks for your review.

We are very sorry to hear this and truly regret that the item did not meet your expectations. Could you please send a few photos showing the issue you are facing to our after-sales email support@oxknit.com? We would like to check this further with our team and help provide a proper solution for you as soon as possible.

Runs small

Love the sweater, but an XL was skin tight on me, whereas they are usually loose and I also fit in large, but as more fitted. This is the only XL that doesn’t fit me. I gave mine away.

We are very sorry to hear this and sincerely regret that the fit did not meet your expectations.

We completely understand your disappointment. As fit can vary from person to person, the wearing experience may also differ. We would also like to kindly note that our sizing does not correspond to the standard sizing system of any specific country, so we recommend checking the size chart on the product page to help choose the most suitable size.

You may also contact our after-sales email at support@oxknit.com first. We will do our best to provide a suitable solution rather than having you return the item.
