La nostra politica dura 30 giorni. Si prega di elaborare il reso entro 30 giorni dalla consegna e di consentire 1-2 settimane dal momento in cui si invia il reso affinché venga elaborato.
Riceverai un'email una volta che la tua richiesta di reso è stata elaborata con successo.
Una volta ricevuto l'articolo restituito, e se rispetta la nostra politica di reso, ti rimborseremo tramite il metodo di pagamento utilizzato al momento dell'acquisto.

Problema del prodotto
Se il prodotto non corrisponde a ciò che desideri o se il prodotto presenta un problema di qualità, elaboreremo un rimborso entro 3 giorni lavorativi.
Esaurito
Se il prodotto che hai acquistato è esaurito, ti contatteremo via email per offrirti l'opzione di ricevere un rimborso o attendere il riassortimento.
Problemi con PayPal
Se il nome e l'indirizzo del tuo account PayPal non corrispondono a quelli del tuo ordine, invieremo un'email per la verifica. Se non riceviamo risposta entro 3 giorni lavorativi, rimborseremo automaticamente l'ordine.
Situazioni in cui non copriamo le spese di spedizione:
1. Scelta della taglia sbagliata, stile sbagliato;
2. Non voglio/piace;
3. Nessun problema con il prodotto, voglio solo restituirlo.

Si prega di includere le seguenti informazioni nel pacco di restituzione :
① Numero dell'ordine e SKU del prodotto degli articoli che restituisci.
(Restituzione solo presso l'ufficio postale locale.(potresti incorrere in tasse d'importazione e la consegna potrebbe essere ritardata se scegli espressi come DHL, UPS, TNT e FEDEX))
② Etichetta di spedizione (fuori dal pacco).
③Numero di tracciamento.
④ Motivi per il reso.
Si prega di inviare un'email e dimostrare il problema dell'articolo (foto del problema di qualità dell'articolo, taglia errata, ecc.), rimborseremo dopo aver ricevuto il pacco e ispezionato.
Se il reso è causato dal consumatore, il consumatore deve essere responsabile della spesa di spedizione. La spesa specifica dovrebbe essere basata sulla compagnia espressa che scegli.
Se a causa delle nostre ragioni, i beni ricevuti sono danneggiati o non corretti, il consumatore non è tenuto a sostenere la spesa di spedizione per questo motivo.

It's super well made. I was so sure it would shrink in the wash, (though I air dried it), but no drinking at all. Kept shape & no color loss/bleeding. Oh, gosh. It's so cute. The style makes me feel so sassy. 100% perfect.

My only negative is it stretches out as you wear it then it feels too big.
It doesn't fit like an off shoulder, wish they had more of the off shoulder in the regular fit. It is a secure top, I'm just not happy with how it fits.
We’re sorry that the fit was not what you expected. This style is designed with a wider neckline so you can adjust it and choose which shoulder you would like to reveal, rather than having a fixed off-shoulder fit.

Got the green polo with the cheetahs and it is so much fun to wear. It’s pretty thick, so summer wearing was rough, but it will work great for fall and spring! It’s made very well and know it will last!

It’s perfect! I get a ton of compliments and people asking where I got it. When i first saw it, I thought it might be a little ‘Christmas-looking’ because of the red and green together on the sleeves but it’s just so colorful and whimsical in general that this doesn’t seem to matter at all and I wore it at Christmas and well beyond!
I really liked the sweater. It looks and feels great but the small was too big. I need extra small or petite. I gave it to a friend who is slightly bigger and it fit her perfectly. I hope they will consider making extra small or petite sizes in the future because I would definitely order from them again.
