Problema del prodotto
Se il prodotto non corrisponde a ciò che desideri o presenta un problema di qualità, effettueremo un rimborso entro 3 giorni lavorativi.
Esaurito
Se il prodotto che hai acquistato risulta esaurito, ti contatteremo per offrirti la scelta tra un rimborso o attendere che sia di nuovo disponibile tramite e-mail.
Problemi con PayPal
Se il nome e l'indirizzo del tuo account PayPal non corrispondono a quelli dell'ordine, invieremo un'email per la verifica. Se non riceviamo risposta entro 3 giorni lavorativi, rimborseremo automaticamente l'ordine.
Situazioni in cui non copriamo le spese di spedizione:
1. Scegliere la taglia sbagliata, lo stile sbagliato;
2. Non voler/non piacere;
3. Nulla di sbagliato con il prodotto, solo desiderio di restituirlo.

Si prega di includere le seguenti informazioni nel pacco di reso:
① Numero dell'ordine e SKU del prodotto degli articoli che restituisci.
(Solo resi tramite ufficio postale locale. (potresti incorrere in tasse di importazione e la consegna potrebbe essere ritardata se scegli corrieri espressi come DHL, UPS, TNT e FEDEX))
② Etichetta di spedizione (all'esterno del pacco).
③ Numero di tracciamento.
④ Motivi del reso.
Si prega di inviare un'email e dimostrare il problema dell'articolo (foto del problema di qualità dell'articolo, taglia sbagliata, ecc.), rimborseremo dopo aver ricevuto e ispezionato il pacco.
Se il reso è causato dal consumatore, il consumatore deve essere responsabile delle spese di spedizione. La tariffa specifica dovrebbe basarsi sulla compagnia di spedizione scelta.
Se a causa dei nostri motivi, i beni ricevuti sono danneggiati o non corretti, il consumatore non è tenuto a sostenere le spese di spedizione per questo motivo.

The sizing was off- XL fit like a large. It took a week for them to respond and I was given the option to return at my expense. Since it was to China, the shipping was over $60 which was roughly the costs of the shirts. It wasn’t worth the money to return them.

The quality of this product is so good and no matter of the size or materos true as described.
Product seems it made of cheap material...and I didnt like it. if I could return it without any hassles I would.
Nice shirt, I wear a medium size and this shirt fits true to size, I washed it in cold water and air dried it, color didn’t fade. Satisfied with my purchase.
I too was concerned about what I'd receive in my first order from Oxknit, until it arrived (and in a reasonable timeframe). I haven't worn it outside since then as it hasn't been cool enough yet in the desert southwest - that's how heavyweight this shirt is. I did however toss it in a saddlebag and take it to show some friends who share the same color affinity, and they were all impressed. The only thing keeping it from 5-stars is that I haven't worn it riding yet, but it is true to size and I washed it once casually to erase shipping creases and it looks great!
It's a very nice set. But quality is not the best versus de price. That is a bit disappointing
Will definitely order again. Received order in about 7days. Tracking is definitely an issue though. I ordered directly from Oxnit, however you can purchase on Amazon if you have any reservations.
I just received my shirts and they did not disappoint. The quality was amazing. And the fit is awesome. I was skeptical ordering at first but I took a chance and I'm highly satisfied. I ordered the extra large and I could have ordered the 2X but I'm still comfortable with this shirt. Very good quality. I will be ordering more

I've seen OXKnit's ads for a while now and the designs always catch my eye. Cool with a retro vibe. I finally ordered a few including this one - saw how great they were - and then ordered a few more... I have 5 so far... The quality is amazing and the price is perfect. I would have ordered another one today - but the one I wanted was already sold out.
