La nostra polizza ha una durata di 30 giorni. Si prega quindi di elaborare il reso entro i termini previsti dalla politica e di attendere 1-2 settimane dal momento in cui si invia il reso per posta affinché venga elaborato.
Riceverai un'e-mail una volta che la tua richiesta di reso sarà stata elaborata correttamente.
Una volta ricevuto l'articolo restituito e verificato che sia conforme alla nostra politica sui resi, emetteremo un rimborso tramite il metodo di pagamento utilizzato al momento dell'acquisto.

Per motivi igienici, a meno che gli articoli non siano visibilmente difettosi, non possiamo offrire rimborsi su biancheria intima e slip.

Problema del prodotto
Se il prodotto non corrisponde a quello che desideri o presenta un problema di qualità, elaboreremo un rimborso entro 3 giorni lavorativi.
Esaurito
Se il prodotto acquistato è esaurito, ti contatteremo via e-mail per offrirti la possibilità di scegliere se rimborsarlo o attendere che torni disponibile.
Problemi con PayPal
Se il nome e l'indirizzo del tuo account PayPal non corrispondono a quelli del tuo ordine, ti invieremo un'email di verifica. Se non riceverai risposta entro 3 giorni lavorativi, rimborseremo automaticamente l'ordine.
Situazioni in cui non copriamo le spese di spedizione:
1. Scegli la taglia sbagliata, lo stile sbagliato;
2. Non voglio/mi piace;
3. Il prodotto non presenta alcun problema, voglio solo restituirlo.

Procedura di reso:
Si prega di includere le seguenti informazioni nel pacco di reso:
① Numero dell'ordine e codice SKU del prodotto/degli articoli restituiti.
(Solo reso presso l'ufficio postale locale. (Potresti incorrere in tasse di importazione e la consegna potrebbe subire ritardi se scegli corrieri come DHL, UPS, TNT e FEDEX))
② Etichetta di spedizione (all'esterno del pacco).
3. Numero di tracciamento.
④ Motivi del reso.
Invia un'e-mail e dimostra il problema riscontrato con l'articolo (foto del problema relativo alla qualità dell'articolo, taglia sbagliata, ecc.). Ti rimborseremo dopo aver ricevuto e ispezionato il pacco.
Se il reso è causato dal consumatore, le spese di spedizione saranno a suo carico. L'importo specifico dipenderà dal corriere scelto.
Se per motivi da noi imputabili la merce ricevuta risulta danneggiata o non corretta, il consumatore non è tenuto a sostenere le spese di spedizione per questo motivo.

Fabric felt great. Sweater fits perfectly and looks amazing. I ordered a size Large.
This sweater is bright, cozy, and clearly speaks fluent bird. The moment I put it on, my macaw decided I was part of the flock. Great quality, super soft, and now officially endorsed by a very judgmental parrot. If your goal is comfort with a side of chaos, this is the sweater.
First of all I love this sweater. Its SO soft and warm. It arrived super fast. I will say that everywhere that was supposed to be the camel color brown is orange. I still love the sweater and don't mind the orange (although i do wish it was brown).
Super cute and unique print. Love the cut and the fit. Waistband is elastic and comfortable. Knit is a medium weight. Not to thin but def not a heavy skirt. Length is a bit long and the seams hang down a bit on either side - the only negative about this skirt. I’m 5’4” and ordered a small. In the photo, I have rolled down the waistband to make it a bit shorter. Launders well. I air dried to be on the safe side. Would recommend to anyone who is on the fence about ordering, just do it!

I’d love to tell you this a great shirt, but unfortunately the shipping and delivery company chosen lost or stole the package after lying about a road closure the day the supposedly attempted delivery. The entire order has been missing in action for over a month and a half. I have been in contact with both OXknit and the shipping/delivery company more than eight times trying to track the package down — only to receive veiled promises of delivery or redelivery in the near future only to never receive a delivery update or the actual package. They won’t even issue a refund for the order that is clearly lost. It has been the worst shopping experience I have had in recent memory.

Wonderful quality and the fitting was perfect
This was a Christmas present. My brother in law loved this shirt. He treated us to a little model style show with a slow unzip. It was hilarious. We live in North Queensland, Australia and Christmas is quite a warm time of year, but we turned the air conditioning up so he could keep wearing it for the day. Really great shirt.
