Ons beleid duurt 30 dagen. Verwerk de retournering dus binnen de beleidsduur, en houd rekening met 1-2 weken vanaf het moment dat je je retournering verzendt voordat deze wordt verwerkt.

Je ontvangt een e-mail zodra je retourneringsverzoek succesvol is verwerkt.
Zodra je geretourneerde artikel is ontvangen en voldoet aan ons retourbeleid, zullen we een terugbetaling uitvoeren via de betaalmethode die bij aankoop is gebruikt.

Opmerking:
Vanwege hygiënische redenen kunnen we, tenzij de artikelen zichtbaar defect zijn, geen terugbetalingen aanbieden op ondergoed, slips.

Situaties waarin we terugbetalen
Probleem met het product
Als het product niet overeenkomt met wat je wilt of het product een kwaliteitsprobleem heeft, zullen we binnen 3 werkdagen een terugbetaling verwerken.

Uitverkocht
Als het product dat je hebt gekocht uitverkocht was, zullen we contact met je opnemen en je de keuze bieden om ofwel een terugbetaling te ontvangen of te wachten totdat het weer op voorraad is via e-mail.

PayPal Problemen
Als de naam en het adres van uw PayPal-account niet overeenkomen met die van uw bestelling, sturen we een e-mail ter verificatie. Als er binnen 3 werkdagen geen antwoord komt, zullen we de bestelling automatisch terugbetalen.

Situaties waarin we de verzendkosten niet dekken:
1. Verkeerde maat, verkeerde stijl gekozen;
2. Wil niet/heeft geen zin;
3. Er is niets mis met het product, maar wil het toch retourneren.

Retourproces:
Voeg de volgende informatie toe in het retourpakket:
① Bestelnummer en product SKU van het/de artikel(s) dat u retourneert.
(Alleen retour via het lokale postkantoor. (u kunt invoerbelastingen krijgen en de levering kan vertraagd worden als u expresdiensten zoals DHL, UPS, TNT en FEDEX kiest))
② Verzendlabel (buiten het pakket).
③ Tracknummer.
④ Redenen voor retour.
Stuur een e-mail en bewijs het probleem met het artikel (foto van kwaliteitsgerelateerd probleem van het artikel, verkeerde maat, enz.), we'll refund after we ontvangen en gecontroleerd hebben het pakket.



Als de retournering wordt veroorzaakt door de consument, moet de consument verantwoordelijk zijn voor de verzendkosten. De specifieke kosten moeten gebaseerd zijn op het koeriersbedrijf dat u kiest.
Als het door onze redenen komt, zijn de ontvangen goederen beschadigd of niet correct, en hoeft de consument niet de verzendkosten te dragen om deze reden.

Frustrated

I purchased about $300 worth of clothing and purchased the shipping insurance.It took six weeks to be delivered. The morning that it was delivered, I came back to my house about an hour later and the package was gone along with other packages that were at my front door. I tried to file a police report, but because the value was less than $500 the police department was not willing to take a report. I reached out to the seller multiple times they refused to assist me. They refused to give me any sort of help. They just kept reiterating that it was delivered. I said I understand that, but it was stolen and I paid for our shipping insurance. They then ghosted me and have now wasted 10 days to not respond which has now put the order past 30 days. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charge and they’re claiming that because the seller says it was delivered. They’re not going to reimburse me. I have reached out on Facebook like they requested. I have reached out on Instagram like they have requested and they have blocked me on Instagram and have read my email on Facebook over a week ago and still have yet to reply. I ordered a shirt from Amazon from them, which I love so I really wish I would’ve gotten the items that I paid for. Instead, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. What’s the point of shipping insurance that claims that it covers lost stolen or missing packages when they won’t honor that. I’ve done everything that they have asked me to do to ensure that I can get the package re-shipped or refund refunded. After all of the back-and-forth I would prefer refunded because this is horrible customer service but if that wasn’t an option, they can just re-ship it but they refuse to.

Think twice before buying anything

I ordered a dress 2 months ago. It never arrived. When I contacted you a few days ago, I was told it was never sent. And that it was out of stock, and would not be restocked. Why don’t you tell customers when you can’t fulfill an order?! How long is it going to take to refund my money?!
