Ons beleid is 30 dagen geldig. Verwerk uw retourzending daarom binnen de gestelde termijn en houd rekening met een verwerkingstijd van 1-2 weken vanaf het moment dat u uw retourzending verstuurt.
Je ontvangt een e-mail zodra je retourverzoek succesvol is verwerkt.
Zodra we uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen en het voldoet aan ons retourbeleid, zullen we het aankoopbedrag terugbetalen via de betaalmethode die u bij de aankoop hebt gebruikt.
Kennisgeving:
Vanwege hygiënische redenen kunnen we, tenzij de artikelen zichtbaar defect zijn, geen geld teruggeven op ondergoed en slips.
Situaties waarin wij terugbetalingen doen
Productprobleem
Als het product niet aan uw verwachtingen voldoet of een kwaliteitsgebrek vertoont, verwerken we de terugbetaling binnen 3 werkdagen.
Niet op voorraad
Als het product dat u hebt besteld niet op voorraad is, nemen we per e-mail contact met u op om u de keuze te geven tussen een terugbetaling of wachten tot het product weer op voorraad is.
Problemen met PayPal
Als de naam en het adres van uw PayPal-account niet overeenkomen met die van uw bestelling, sturen we u een e-mail ter verificatie. Als we binnen 3 werkdagen geen antwoord ontvangen, wordt de bestelling automatisch terugbetaald.
Situaties waarin wij de verzendkosten niet vergoeden:
1. De verkeerde maat of stijl gekozen;
2. Niet willen/leuk vinden;
3. Er is niets mis met het product, ik wil het alleen retourneren.

Gelieve de volgende informatie in het retourpakket te vermelden:
① Het ordernummer en de product-SKU van het/de artikel(en) dat/die u retourneert.
(Retourzending alleen via het lokale postkantoor. (U kunt te maken krijgen met invoerrechten en de levering kan vertraagd worden als u kiest voor expresdiensten zoals DHL, UPS, TNT en FEDEX))
② Verzendlabel (buiten de verpakking).
③Volgnummer.
④ Redenen voor retournering.
Stuur ons een e-mail met bewijs van het probleem met het artikel (foto van het kwaliteitsgebrek, verkeerde maat, enz.). We zullen het aankoopbedrag terugbetalen nadat we het pakket hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd.
Als de retourzending door de consument wordt veroorzaakt, is de consument verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten. De exacte kosten zijn afhankelijk van de gekozen koeriersdienst.
Indien de ontvangen goederen door onze schuld beschadigd of onjuist zijn, is de consument niet verplicht de verzendkosten hiervoor te betalen.

Sometimes light surface marks that occur during transit can be removed after washing. If you would prefer not to wash the item, we can also resend a new one to you directly instead.

The knit fabric is super manufactured and is already fraying. I put it through one wash because of the chemical smell when I got it and parts of it are already fraying. The knit is super thin I can see my fingers through it, the yellow color is sickly yellow not like the picture.

The difference you noticed is due to the jacquard knitting technique. Jacquard patterns are created by interweaving multiple colored yarns, so it is normal to faintly see the underlying yarn layers through small openings in the top layer. This is a characteristic of the technique rather than a quality defect. That said, we completely understand that this may look different from what you expected, and we sincerely apologize for that gap in expectation.

I ordered a 4x and it's barely a US size 14. I reviewed the size chart so I was aware but wish it was roomier. It fits but barely.

We would also like to kindly note that our sizing does not correspond to the standard sizing system of any specific country, so we recommend checking the size chart on the product page to help choose the most suitable size.
Nicely made and looks just like photos, but once it’s on it’s just too busy with the big bow and ribbons. I probably won’t wear it. It does fit well though.

I own about 47 Oxknit sweaters and this is by far one of my favorites. The color is vibrant and the medium fits perfect. I normally am in between sizes of medium and large. I received so many compliments on this one!
Everyone comments on my Oxknit, i love it deeply
This is my first Oxknit purchase, and I am hooked! I hesitated at first because reviews are often hard to come by, but everything about the "suit skirt" look amazes me.
I'm 5'2" and thought this style might overwhelm me, but instead it makes me look like the most stylish person around. I rationalized that if i only liked the top or the bottom the price was so low that it wouldn't matter if i could only use half of it. But i shouldn't have worried! i wear them together and separately. I know (sadly) that they're out of this particular pattern, but I wanted to say that this cotton is softer than soft. Because it's 100% cotton, it's breathable year-round, even in the two states I live in Wisconsin and Florida. It's very versitile. i ordered a large because i was worried about the chest size, but i probably should've gone with my usual size, M, because the sweater is quite roomy. The skirt's waistband allows for a lot of stretch. i may take the hem up a bit (easy to do because the finishing on the end of the skirt is nice and flat and sewable, by hand or machine. Right now, I'm just wearing it sitting higher than I usually would, and the sweater covers the waistband. Love the length of the sweater -- not too long, but nothing like cropped.
I admit, i just bought two more in this general style (sizing down this time) in different patterns because both being on the cutting edge of fashion and switching to natural fibers (like cotton) are important to me.
I only regret that because this one is sold out, no one may ever get to see the review. i should also mention that i'm glad i pulled the trigger when i did because two days later, all the sizes were sold out. Amazon sells some Oxknit items, and that may get you a better shipping price, but they don't run sales.
