The worst!

The absolute WORST customer experience. Also who can fit into these sizes? A size 2 model?? Their sizing is unrealistic even when referring to the size chart and it will cost you more than the original purchase to return the items. Worst shopping experience ever.

If you believe the item does not match our size chart, please share photos showing the measurements so we can review the issue carefully.
Please note that all garments are measured by hand, so a difference of 2–3 cm is considered normal. For reference, 1 inch equals 2.54 cm.

If the discrepancy is beyond this range, we will take full responsibility.

NO RETURNS!

they want me to pay to ship this cheap shirt all the way to China in order to get a return. Absolutely not worth it, will never buy from them again.
Material is cheap and falls apart after a few washes.

Poor quality

The print is so cute and love the color. Unfortunately the quality isn’t there. The green color does not cover the entire piece and white comes thru in random places and even looks raggedy. Disappointed. I usually am happy with products from here. I tried to return it but received no response from Oxknit, which I was surprised by.

We replied to your email on February 9 and kindly requested photos so we could review this case further. We sincerely apologize if our message did not reach you successfully or was directed to your spam folder. We will resend it again for you.

I received damaged goods

My sweater arrived with a big run in the sleeve. I'd like to return it for my money back but do not have the information to do such a thing.
