Situationen, in denen wir Rückerstattungen gewähren
Produktprobleme
Wenn das Produkt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entspricht oder das Produkt ein Qualitätsproblem aufweist, bearbeiten wir eine Rückerstattung innerhalb von 3 Werktagen.
Nicht vorrätig
Wenn das von Ihnen gekaufte Produkt nicht vorrätig ist, werden wir Sie per E-Mail kontaktieren, um Ihnen die Möglichkeit zu bieten, entweder eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten oder auf die Nachlieferung zu warten.
PayPal-Probleme
Wenn der Name und die Adresse Ihres PayPal-Kontos nicht mit Ihrer Bestellung übereinstimmen, senden wir eine E-Mail zur Verifizierung. Wenn innerhalb von 3 Werktagen keine Antwort erfolgt, erstatten wir die Bestellung automatisch.
Situationen, in denen wir die Versandkosten nicht übernehmen:
1. Falsche Größe, falscher Stil gewählt;
2. Möchte/gefällt nicht;
3. Nichts falsch mit dem Produkt, möchte es nur zurückgeben.

Bitte fügen Sie die folgenden Informationen im Rücksendepaket bei:
① Bestellnummer und Produkt-SKU der zurückgesendeten Artikel.
(Nur Rücksendungen über die lokale Post.)(Es können Einfuhrsteuern anfallen und die Lieferung kann sich verzögern, wenn Sie Expressdienste wie DHL, UPS, TNT und FEDEX wählen.)
② Versandetikett (außen am Paket).
③Sendungsverfolgungsnummer.
④ Gründe für die Rücksendung.
Bitte senden Sie eine E-Mail und belegen Sie das Problem mit dem Artikel (Bild des qualitätsbezogenen Problems des Artikels, falsche Größe usw.), wir erstatten Ihnen den Betrag, nachdem wir das Paket erhalten und inspiziert haben.
Wenn die Rücksendung vom Verbraucher verursacht wird, ist der Verbraucher für die Versandkosten verantwortlich. Die genauen Kosten sollten auf dem von Ihnen gewählten Expressunternehmen basieren.
Wenn die Waren aus unseren Gründen beschädigt oder nicht korrekt sind, ist der Verbraucher in diesem Fall nicht verpflichtet, die Versandkosten zu tragen.

This hoodie is more of a lightweight, thin cotton with plastic buttons… It’s still cute, but the photo makes it appear as though it is a medium knit sweater with wood buttons… And that is not what you are getting. Also, it is VERY cropped - just below the belly button length. I love the Oxknit sweaters and wish they would make this in a sweater type version. It would sell like crazy!!!

My husband and I wore our matching oxknit outfits to our recent trip to Ravenna Italy. He was unaware I purchased matching outfits but he happily wore his retro shirt. I think it fit him well.
I have so many Oxknit sweaters at this point, I have lost count. They are always exactly what you'd expect based on the pictures, the quality is amazing. I'm 5'1" and 130 lbs, and small is the right size for me. They do take quite awhile to ship, so be prepared for at least a month before delivery, if you're ordering for a specific event. I check the website daily for new releases.

Poor Quality. Not knitted, made in China probably. The zipper does not work. I bought this in green and black. Disappointed by the quality unfortunately.

Super cute and the material seems nice enough but the seam literally split all the way up one side when I was trying it on, and it's not because it was too small. Just looks like the stitching wasn't very robust. Going to fix it myself and reinforce the other side as well because it took so long to arrive that it seems easier to go that route than return it.
