Nuestra política dura 30 días. Por favor, procese la devolución dentro de los 30 días desde la entrega, y permita de 1 a 2 semanas desde el momento en que envíe su devolución para que sea procesada.
Recibirá un correo electrónico una vez que su solicitud de devolución haya sido procesada con éxito.
Una vez que hayamos recibido su artículo devuelto, y cumpla con nuestra política de devoluciones, le emitiremos un reembolso a través del método de pago utilizado en el momento de la compra.

Por razones de higiene, a menos que los artículos estén visiblemente defectuosos, no aceptamos devoluciones para cambio o reembolso de lencería, ropa interior, ropa de dormir, trajes de baño y bragas.

Problema del producto
Si el producto no coincide con lo que desea o el producto tiene un problema de calidad, procesaremos un reembolso dentro de 3 días hábiles.
Agotado
Si el producto que compraste está agotado, nos pondremos en contacto contigo por correo electrónico para ofrecerte la opción de obtener un reembolso o esperar a que se reponga.
Problemas con PayPal
Si el nombre y la dirección de tu cuenta de PayPal no coinciden con los de tu pedido, enviaremos un correo electrónico para verificación. Si no hay respuesta dentro de 3 días hábiles, reembolsaremos automáticamente el pedido.
Situaciones que no cubrimos el costo de envío:
1. Elegir talla incorrecta, estilo incorrecto;
2. No querer/gustar;
3. No hay nada malo con el producto, solo quieres devolverlo.

Proceso de Devolución:
Por favor incluye la siguiente información en el paquete de devolución :
① Número de pedido y SKU del producto(s) que devuelves.
(Devolución solo en la oficina de correos local.(puede incurrir en impuestos de importación y la entrega puede retrasarse si elige envíos exprés como DHL, UPS, TNT y FEDEX))
② Etiqueta de envío (fuera del paquete).
③Número de seguimiento.
④ Razones para la devolución.
Por favor, envíe un correo electrónico y demuestre el problema del artículo (foto del problema relacionado con la calidad del artículo, talla incorrecta, etc.), reembolsaremos después de recibir el paquete y revisarlo.
Si la devolución es causada por el consumidor, el consumidor debe ser responsable del costo de envío. La tarifa específica debe basarse en la empresa de mensajería que elija.
Si debido a nuestras razones, los bienes recibidos están dañados o no son correctos, el consumidor no está obligado a asumir el costo de envío por esta razón.

I had bought this for a rock concert my band was playing in Los Angeles. I matched it with burgundy slacks. I've been eyeing this shirt for about a half year before I finally pulled the trigger on it. Now it's right where it belongs in my shirt drawer.

My husband and I wore our matching oxknit outfits to our recent trip to Ravenna Italy. He was unaware I purchased matching outfits but he happily wore his retro shirt. I think it fit him well.

I'm 5'1" and 130 lbs, and small is the right size for me. They do take quite awhile to ship, so be prepared for at least a month before delivery, if you're ordering for a specific event. I check the website daily for new releases.

Unlike other products from oxknit this isn’t well made. After trying it on, parts that should lie flat like pokers don’t, it seems stretched in parts, and I dread to think how it will stand up to a wash. The colour is great, and it feels like it would keep me warm

Love the sweater, but an XL was skin tight on me, whereas they are usually loose and I also fit in large, but as more fitted. This is the only XL that doesn’t fit me. I gave mine away.
