Si le nom et l'adresse de votre compte PayPal ne correspondent pas à ceux de votre commande, nous vous enverrons un e-mail pour vérification. En l'absence de réponse dans les 3 jours ouvrables, nous rembourserons automatiquement la commande.
Situations où nous ne prenons pas en charge les frais de retour :
1. Mauvaise taille, mauvais style sélectionnés ;
2. Ne plus vouloir/ne pas aimer ;
3. Aucun problème avec le produit, retour simple.

② Étiquette d'expédition (à l'extérieur du colis).
③Numéro de suivi.
④ Raisons du retour.
Veuillez envoyer un e-mail et prouver le problème de l'article (photo du problème lié à la qualité de l'article, taille incorrecte, etc.), nous rembourserons après avoir reçu le colis et l'avoir inspecté.
Si le retour est causé par le consommateur, celui-ci doit assumer les frais d'expédition. Les frais spécifiques doivent être basés sur la société d'expédition choisie.
Si c'est dû à nos raisons, les marchandises reçues sont endommagées ou incorrectes, et le consommateur n'est pas tenu d'assumer les frais d'expédition pour cette raison.

I never received my sweater, and the way the company handled the problem was extremely disappointing.
The delivery carrier repeatedly failed to deliver my package, and despite my contacting Oxknit multiple times, I was continually told to wait for another delivery attempt. Days went by with no successful delivery and no meaningful resolution. I had already provided clear building access instructions and even contacted the carrier myself, but nothing changed.
What is most frustrating is that Oxknit ultimately never followed up with me or took responsibility for making sure I either received the merchandise I paid for or received an appropriate resolution. A customer should not have to chase an unreliable shipping company indefinitely for an order that the retailer was paid to deliver.
I liked Oxknit’s products and wanted to be a customer, but after this experience I will not order from them again. I also will not purchase from retailers that use YANWEN for delivery. Poor shipping is bad enough; failing to follow through with your customer when something goes wrong is worse.
We’re very sorry that your parcel was not successfully delivered and for the frustration this situation has caused.
We contacted the carrier multiple times regarding the delivery issue, but unfortunately, we were unable to receive a clear resolution from them. Since a chargeback has now been opened for this order, we’re no longer able to arrange a replacement shipment directly.
Our dispute team will continue handling the case through the bank’s chargeback process and provide the necessary information so the refund can be resolved through that channel. Please wait for the bank’s final decision and refund outcome.

I’m 5’9” and about 195, so after consulting the size chart I ordered a 2x. I like a looser fit, and am very pleased. The sweater is soft, looks well made, and just as cute in person as in pictures. My favorite thing is the texture on the dress and the black velvet of the cat. Sadly, it has been too hot to wear it yet where I am. It is a thinner knit than the men’s 1977 sweater I bought earlier, but I think that will work even better, since I live in a very hot area. The shipping took a while, but it came within the window listed in the website and was easy to track. Very pleased with my purchases. I will definitely buy again.
My first time ordering from this company so I was afraid the sweater wouldn’t be good quality, but it’s actually great! The design is adorable & seems well made. I do feel like it runs a bit on the small size, so size up if you like a bit looser fit.
I love the sweater and the fit is great, but the sweater I received is not black and white striped as noted, but instead navy and white striped. This is the reason I am only giving 3 stars as I had hoped for black snd white since the cat is black.

This issue was caused by a problem with that particular production batch. The factory’s monitor color calibration differed from ours, which meant some design details were not displayed accurately during production and led to the result you received.

This shirt is a head-turner! The shoulder button detail takes it to a whole other level in style and detail. I like that it has a real pocket, too. The weight is great for even warmer climates because it breathes.
