Problèmes PayPal
Si le nom et l'adresse de votre compte PayPal ne correspondent pas à ceux de votre commande, nous vous enverrons un e-mail pour vérification. En l'absence de réponse dans les 3 jours ouvrables, nous rembourserons automatiquement la commande.
Situations où nous ne prenons pas en charge les frais de retour :

(Retour uniquement via le bureau de poste local.(vous pourriez encourir des taxes d'importation et la livraison pourrait être retardée si vous choisissez des services express comme DHL, UPS, TNT et FEDEX))
② Étiquette d'expédition (à l'extérieur du colis).
③Numéro de suivi.
④ Raisons du retour.
Veuillez envoyer un e-mail et prouver le problème de l'article (photo du problème lié à la qualité de l'article, taille incorrecte, etc.), nous rembourserons après avoir reçu le colis et l'avoir inspecté.
Si le retour est causé par le consommateur, celui-ci doit assumer les frais d'expédition. Les frais spécifiques doivent être basés sur la société d'expédition choisie.
Si c'est dû à nos raisons, les marchandises reçues sont endommagées ou incorrectes, et le consommateur n'est pas tenu d'assumer les frais d'expédition pour cette raison.

Of the 3 items I ordered this one fit the best but still wouldn't recommend this company. 2 of 3 items ordered did not fit and because of the fees and hassle of returning I just donated the things that didn't fit. Very disappointing when you spend $150 and to return it well let's just say it's not worth it cause you have to pay to ship back to China. This was my first and last purchase...I wanted to love these things very disappointing

I would like to return this outfit due to very poor quality. I wrote an e-mail in order to arrange the return but beside the information that my message was received nobody wrote back. Now I’m asked to write a review….well: The material is very poor, it’s very thin and just looks cheep. The sewing is poorly done too. I would like to return the product due to poor quality. Please send a return label so I can return it.

Cute but a little baggy. If I were to order again I would size down. I always order mediums and they are always hit or miss. It’ll do, I’ll keep it because I give Ms. Frizzle vibes in it.
Adorable and true to size. Waiting for fall to wear this, it is too thick for Florida summer.
I was expecting this to be a perfect fit but boy was I left disappointed. It fits more like a Large. Definitely not a plus size sweater at all. It’s cute though!

The color and fabric are really cute. It’s very light and comfortable. One disappointment is the fit under the sleeves. It gets very baggy under the arms and looks sloppy. This style seemed larger than the other larges I have ordered. I have 6 or more of their tops, so this was a little inconsistent with the sizing of the others.
We’re sorry that the fit of this style was inconsistent with the other tops you’ve ordered from us, especially around the underarm area. Although each style can have a slightly different cut and fit, we understand that this one felt noticeably larger.
