Si le nom et l'adresse de votre compte PayPal ne correspondent pas à ceux de votre commande, nous vous enverrons un e-mail pour vérification. En l'absence de réponse dans les 3 jours ouvrables, nous rembourserons automatiquement la commande.

Veuillez inclure les informations suivantes dans le colis de retour :
① Numéro de commande et SKU du produit des article(s) retourné(s).
(Retour uniquement via le bureau de poste local.(vous pourriez encourir des taxes d'importation et la livraison pourrait être retardée si vous choisissez des services express comme DHL, UPS, TNT et FEDEX))
② Étiquette d'expédition (à l'extérieur du colis).
③Numéro de suivi.
④ Raisons du retour.
Veuillez envoyer un e-mail et prouver le problème de l'article (photo du problème lié à la qualité de l'article, taille incorrecte, etc.), nous rembourserons après avoir reçu le colis et l'avoir inspecté.
Si le retour est causé par le consommateur, celui-ci doit assumer les frais d'expédition. Les frais spécifiques doivent être basés sur la société d'expédition choisie.
Si c'est dû à nos raisons, les marchandises reçues sont endommagées ou incorrectes, et le consommateur n'est pas tenu d'assumer les frais d'expédition pour cette raison.

I bought a skirt some months ago, constant compliments. Then I bought this adorable shirt for my partner. Same thing!! It is not too heavy but will definitely be a great spring or fall shirt.
This style is a little different than what I would normally wear, but my daughters love it, I have had multiple people stop me to comment on it, and in the end I really enjoy the vibe it puts out.
This one did fit a little larger than the other similar size shirts I’ve bought, but in the end, I liked the extra bagginess of it.
I have literally NEVER worn this shirt without someone complimenting me on it some time during the day. I especially love it because I do have six cats (not black ones though).
Sent undecipherable tracking information with tracking number not recognized by any carrier (not DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS)
Tracking information did not list any geographic information such as a country, or United States location.
Oxknit never sent me any useful information about my order so I contacted my credit card company for support. I will not be ordering from this company unless its through a recognized logistic service with reliable tracking onformation.

A dispatch email will be sent with the tracking number and tracking link when the order is marked dispatched. The number may not be recognized by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS because these carriers were not responsible for this shipment. The parcel could also be checked through 17TRACK using the tracking number provided.
After reviewing the tracking, there had been no update for an extended period, and the parcel may have been lost in transit. A full refund has already been issued for your order.

It’s a wonderful shirt but the XL was a bit tight and I had to get the 2XL. Customer service was really great and the new size fits wonderfully. Have gotten a lot of great feedback when wearing it.
Loved the retro outfit. I had many compliments on the outfit! Sizing does seem to run slightly small. If I could do it again, I would size up.

Cute but a little baggy. If I were to order again I would size down. I always order mediums and they are always hit or miss. It’ll do, I’ll keep it because I give Ms. Frizzle vibes in it.

I was expecting this to be a perfect fit but boy was I left disappointed. It fits more like a Large. Definitely not a plus size sweater at all. It’s cute though!

The color and fabric are really cute. It’s very light and comfortable. One disappointment is the fit under the sleeves. It gets very baggy under the arms and looks sloppy. This style seemed larger than the other larges I have ordered. I have 6 or more of their tops, so this was a little inconsistent with the sizing of the others.
