Veuillez envoyer un e-mail et prouver le problème de l'article (photo du problème lié à la qualité de l'article, taille incorrecte, etc.), nous rembourserons après avoir reçu le colis et l'avoir inspecté.
Si le retour est causé par le consommateur, celui-ci doit assumer les frais d'expédition. Les frais spécifiques doivent être basés sur la société d'expédition choisie.
Si c'est dû à nos raisons, les marchandises reçues sont endommagées ou incorrectes, et le consommateur n'est pas tenu d'assumer les frais d'expédition pour cette raison.

Used the size charts and still doesn't fit well. Bottom band does not lay flat like the picture or as a cardigan should. Chest is smaller than the bottom which doesn't make much sense in a women's fit. The band is as if it is not the right size for the rest of the shirt. Love the style. Wish the fit and shaping were better.

I was so excited about this top. I washed it and laid it flat to dry. The fit was so wrong. The belt was under my boobs, the snap button was too high and too visible. The shape was bad as well.

Die Jacke hat einen Knopf an einer ungünstigen Stelle,der Rest soll durch den Gürtel gehalten werden. Getragen sieht es so komisch aus! Mit geöffnetem Knopf klappt es besser,aber man sieht den hässlichen Druckknopf.

Stylish casual and can be dressing
I’ve now ordered three times from OxKnit, and they are quickly becoming my favorite source of cherished pieces. My first set was so adorable. It became the reason I needed to book a vacation – just wear it every day! The second set I ordered was out of stock, I was disappointed not to receive it. The photo make this outfit seem like the top will be fitted, but the top was huge on me. The skirt, however IS very fitted. It’s not worth the effort to return it, but I was disappointed that the picture was so misleading on the fit. The quality of the knit itself seems pretty good.
