Veuillez envoyer un e-mail et prouver le problème de l'article (photo du problème lié à la qualité de l'article, taille incorrecte, etc.), nous rembourserons après avoir reçu le colis et l'avoir inspecté.
Si le retour est causé par le consommateur, celui-ci doit assumer les frais d'expédition. Les frais spécifiques doivent être basés sur la société d'expédition choisie.
Si c'est dû à nos raisons, les marchandises reçues sont endommagées ou incorrectes, et le consommateur n'est pas tenu d'assumer les frais d'expédition pour cette raison.

It looks very nice, but the fabric is very light. I thought it is more light a zipper cardigan, but it’s more for summer evenings or you need to wear a jacket on top when it gets colder. The size is running very small. I ordered an XL and it is like a normal M size from other brands. All in all it is beautiful. But not true to size and extremely light fabric.

I’ve purchased 3 items from ox knit, this being the 3rd. The quality of the first two were great but this one is the first I felt was very cheaply made. The material is on the thinner side to start. There are a lot of loose threads inside. I’m not sure how well this will hold up to washing. But the most disappointing was the pockets- inside the sweater they are just loose and hang down below the waistline. They should have been stitched to the sweater to stay put. It’s a really cute sweater and I love the style I just wish it were a better quality for the price I paid.

I purchased the olive green cardigan and the buttonholes were stretched and the zipper is crooked and you can see it when zipped up. Material is thin/lightweight. Not good quality and Oxknit will not refund.

I am really disappointed with the sizing of this Men's Green Vintage Countryside Forest Animal Jacquard Knit Sweater . for the past 4yrs I have maintained the Large size it is default for me for any shirts I buy online or store but am really disappointed with Oxknit. the size is more like medium that I bought for my wife which didn't size her and she had to give it out and take mine because mine fitted better.
Around a really good quality fashion statement outfit. but please fix the sizing. how will I be compensated for my wife taking my sweater now?

My husband and I wore our matching oxknit outfits to our recent trip to Ravenna Italy. He was unaware I purchased matching outfits but he happily wore his retro shirt. I think it fit him well.

I'm 5'1" and 130 lbs, and small is the right size for me. They do take quite awhile to ship, so be prepared for at least a month before delivery, if you're ordering for a specific event.
