Problèmes PayPal
Si le nom et l'adresse de votre compte PayPal ne correspondent pas à ceux de votre commande, nous vous enverrons un e-mail pour vérification. En l'absence de réponse dans les 3 jours ouvrables, nous rembourserons automatiquement la commande.
Situations où nous ne prenons pas en charge les frais de retour :

Veuillez inclure les informations suivantes dans le colis de retour :
① Numéro de commande et SKU du produit des article(s) retourné(s).
(Retour uniquement via le bureau de poste local.(vous pourriez encourir des taxes d'importation et la livraison pourrait être retardée si vous choisissez des services express comme DHL, UPS, TNT et FEDEX))
② Étiquette d'expédition (à l'extérieur du colis).
③Numéro de suivi.
④ Raisons du retour.
Veuillez envoyer un e-mail et prouver le problème de l'article (photo du problème lié à la qualité de l'article, taille incorrecte, etc.), nous rembourserons après avoir reçu le colis et l'avoir inspecté.
Si le retour est causé par le consommateur, celui-ci doit assumer les frais d'expédition. Les frais spécifiques doivent être basés sur la société d'expédition choisie.
Si c'est dû à nos raisons, les marchandises reçues sont endommagées ou incorrectes, et le consommateur n'est pas tenu d'assumer les frais d'expédition pour cette raison.

I was a little skeptical of the "apricot" color because I'm a pretty pale guy, but it looks great, fits well and true to size, and the embroidery makes it feel more like a luxury brand. I got more compliments in this shirt in one day than I probably get in half a year. 😆 I hand-washed mine to avoid the colors running, just in case. Looks great with a pair of black jeans. Heavy material though, not ideal for hot Texas summer days but works for nighttime and will be great for Fall and Spring.
I love it. I got an XL and it fits perfect. True to size and didn't shrink when I washed it.

I was so excited about this top. I washed it and laid it flat to dry. The fit was so wrong. The belt was under my boobs, the snap button was too high and too visible. The shape was bad as well.

It is a cute halter top but I got a size small and I'm SWIMMING in it--it fits like a large in other brands would. Way too big and no smaller sizes :( It's a shame because I love Oxknit styles but their smallest size is about two sizes too big for me.

OK despite the review title, this product would be the only one I would keep, as it was not as bad in terms of sizing. Their sizing is off on all pieces of clothing that I got except for this which was still Medium while I asked for Small but it could work... Quality of the product is so low however that I did not even bother keeping this shirt. I am still waiting for my REFUND WHICH IS VERY MUCH DELAYED. This company must have the worst customer service of all brands I have ever tried. It is a shame how much they delay refunds and replied so that customers miss the return window.... WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Despite claiming their products are cotton, the material is way to itchy and thin. It must me extremely low quality.
Also the way the product sits on the body is terrible. Their sizing is way off, and when you try to return the items they ask for all sorts of unreasonable measurements to prove it is not their fault, when it clearly is based on numerous reviews.
They HAVE A TERIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST. Still waiting for my refund!!!!!
