Problèmes PayPal
Si le nom et l'adresse de votre compte PayPal ne correspondent pas à ceux de votre commande, nous vous enverrons un e-mail pour vérification. En l'absence de réponse dans les 3 jours ouvrables, nous procéderons automatiquement au remboursement de la commande.
Situations non couvertes pour les frais d'expédition :
1. Mauvaise taille, mauvais style ;
2. Ne plus vouloir/ne pas aimer ;
3. Aucun problème avec le produit, simple envie de retour.

Veuillez inclure les informations suivantes dans le colis de retour :
① Numéro de commande et SKU du produit des article(s) retourné(s).
(Retour uniquement par le bureau de poste local. (vous pourriez encourir des taxes d'importation et la livraison pourrait être retardée si vous choisissez des services express comme DHL, UPS, TNT et FEDEX))
② Étiquette d'expédition (à l'extérieur du colis).
③ Numéro de suivi.
④ Raisons du retour.
Veuillez envoyer un e-mail et prouver le problème de l'article (photo du problème lié à la qualité de l'article, mauvaise taille, etc.), nous rembourserons après avoir reçu le colis et l'avoir inspecté.
Si le retour est causé par le consommateur, celui-ci doit prendre en charge les frais d'expédition. Les frais spécifiques doivent être basés sur la société d'expédition que vous choisissez.
Si c'est en raison de nos raisons, que les marchandises reçues sont endommagées ou incorrectes, et que le consommateur n'est pas tenu de supporter les frais d'expédition pour cette raison.

I was looking for a particular color green to go with my Gucci ace sneakers and I Googled a particular color green and I came across this brand. I am very happy with the shirt I got. I also got compliments on it while out.
Unfortunately my sweater, while really cute and fits true to size, is not knitted well around the face of the fox. It’s noticeable, and I’m worried that it will unravel because it’s looser around this area.

This is related to the jacquard knitting technique used for this design. In jacquard knits, the pattern is created directly during the knitting process rather than being printed or embroidered afterward. At certain color-change or motif connection points, there can be internal floats or transition stitches, which may appear like a snag from the outside even though the structure of the garment is intact. This is a characteristic of the technique rather than a defect, and it will not cause the sweater to unravel or affect its durability.
Quality was fine. Fit was a little uncomfortable around the neck and armpits on the jump. I ordered an xL, being a medium tall wearer 6’4” 195lbs, because I wanted to make sure it would be long enough. Wore it once. Washed it in cold and dried in low heat. It shrunk so much it looks like I’m trying to film a music video in 1990. The xL is a crop top. Pattern is cool. Wouldn’t order again and will not recommend to anyone

Also, this product is made from 100% cotton yarn. To help maintain its shape and condition, we recommend delicate machine wash at 30°C (86°F) with similar colors, ironing inside out on low temperature, storing flat, and avoiding tumble drying or bleach.
Definitely recommend buying if your liked the ad! I always get worried about the reality vs photos but they’re actually awesome!!
Sits less like a draped on the shoulders t-shirt and more like cap sleeves which are my mortal enemy.
