Ons beleid duurt 30 dagen. Verwerk uw retourzending daarom binnen de termijn en houd er rekening mee dat het 1 tot 2 weken kan duren voordat uw retourzending verwerkt is, vanaf het moment dat u deze opstuurt.
Zodra uw retouraanvraag succesvol is verwerkt, ontvangt u een e-mail.
Zodra wij uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen en het voldoet aan ons retourbeleid, storten wij het aankoopbedrag terug via de betaalmethode die u bij aankoop heeft gebruikt.
Kennisgeving:
Vanwege hygiënische redenen kunnen wij geen restitutie verlenen op ondergoed en slips, tenzij de artikelen zichtbaar defect zijn.
Situaties waarin wij terugbetalen
Probleem met het product
Als het product niet aan uw wensen voldoet of als er sprake is van een kwaliteitsprobleem, betalen we binnen 3 werkdagen het aankoopbedrag terug.
Niet op voorraad
Indien het product dat u gekocht heeft niet op voorraad is, zullen wij contact met u opnemen en u per e-mail de keuze bieden om het product terug te betalen of te wachten tot het product weer op voorraad is.
PayPal-problemen
Als de naam en het adres van uw PayPal-account niet overeenkomen met die van uw bestelling, sturen we u een e-mail ter verificatie. Als u binnen 3 werkdagen geen reactie ontvangt, storten we het aankoopbedrag automatisch terug.
Situaties waarin wij de verzendkosten niet vergoeden:
1. Kies de verkeerde maat, de verkeerde stijl;
2. Niet willen/leuk vinden;
3. Er is niets mis met het product, ik wil het gewoon retourneren.

Retourproces:
Voeg de volgende informatie toe aan het retourpakket:
① Bestelnummer en product-SKU van het/de artikel(en) dat/die u retourneert.
(Alleen retourzending via lokaal postkantoor. (Er kunnen invoerrechten in rekening worden gebracht en de levering kan vertraagd zijn als u kiest voor expressdiensten zoals DHL, UPS, TNT en FEDEX))
② Verzendlabel (buitenkant van het pakket).
③Trackingnummer.
④ Redenen voor retour.
Stuur ons een e-mail met bewijs van het probleem met het artikel (foto van het kwaliteitsprobleem, verkeerde maat, enz.). Nadat we het pakket hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, storten we het bedrag terug.
Als de retourzending door de consument wordt veroorzaakt, zijn de verzendkosten voor rekening van de consument. De specifieke kosten zijn afhankelijk van het gekozen koeriersbedrijf.
Indien de ontvangen goederen om onze redenen beschadigd of niet in orde zijn, hoeft de consument de verzendkosten om deze reden niet te betalen.

I love all 20 of my sweaters. The designs are cool but the women’s designs are even cooler. I get compliments every time I wear one. The quality isn’t bad , just don’t put in the dryer. Lay flat to dry. I always buy the same size but some fit better than others. My only serious issue is that my past 3 purchases ,part of the order was not fully filled and I was forced to choose another sweater or get a refund for what was out of stock. The people at Oxknit need to work this out. If my order is confirmed, I shouldn’t get an email a week later saying that one of my sweaters is out of stock. At this moment I have 2 sweaters out of stock but waiting to be restocked. So there’s a lot of confusion on their end. Overall I still love everything I have bought and will continue to buy from them.
I first went against my better judgement, but by their sizing chart which suggested a large when I’m usually an XS or S, figuring they must run really small. But when it (finally) arrived it was enormous!! They were nice enough to send a new size as a one time concession, so I chose a small. It eventually arrived, and was still a little roomy but workable. I haven’t washed it yet, but I’m assuming it’ll shrink a little. I love it tho! The cut, the collar, the print, and the puff sleeves really make a statement! In the end, I’m happy with my purchase, but I’d conclude that they run big, and maybe go with your normal size and not by their sizing chart!
Giving me all the vintage vibes
I’m a size 0-2 and bought two of these tops the one with the bird and red flowers in a size small. Barely made it out my door before I got two compliments right away. One woman even wrote down the website name so she could buy one for herself. Love these so much! Can’t wait to purchase more!

Exactly what I expected
However, this sweater is not shaped like it is pictured. It is like a thin tube that is very long. I do not recommend. I gave it away.
I never received my order & got the run around when I tried to contact customer service. So it’s been a bad experience doing business with this company!
