Ons beleid is 30 dagen geldig. U dient de retourzending binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst te verwerken. Houd er rekening mee dat de verwerking 1 tot 2 weken kan duren vanaf het moment dat u de retourzending verstuurt.
Je ontvangt een e-mail zodra je retourverzoek succesvol is verwerkt.
Zodra we uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen en het voldoet aan ons retourbeleid, zullen we het aankoopbedrag terugbetalen via de betaalmethode die u bij de aankoop hebt gebruikt.

Om hygiënische redenen accepteren wij, tenzij de artikelen zichtbaar defect zijn, geen retourzendingen voor omruiling of terugbetaling van lingerie, ondergoed, nachtkleding, badkleding en slips.

Productprobleem
Als het product niet aan uw verwachtingen voldoet of een kwaliteitsgebrek vertoont, verwerken we de terugbetaling binnen 3 werkdagen.
Niet op voorraad
Als het product dat u hebt gekocht niet op voorraad is, nemen we per e-mail contact met u op om u de keuze te geven tussen een terugbetaling of wachten tot het product weer op voorraad is.
Problemen met PayPal
Als de naam en het adres van uw PayPal-account niet overeenkomen met die van uw bestelling, sturen we u een e-mail ter verificatie. Als we binnen 3 werkdagen geen antwoord ontvangen, wordt de bestelling automatisch terugbetaald.
Situaties waarin wij de verzendkosten niet vergoeden:
1. De verkeerde maat of stijl gekozen;
2. Niet willen/leuk vinden;
3. Er is niets mis met het product, ik wil het alleen retourneren.

Gelieve de volgende informatie in het retourpakket te vermelden:
① Het ordernummer en de product-SKU van het/de artikel(en) dat/die u retourneert.
(Retourzending alleen via het lokale postkantoor. (U kunt te maken krijgen met invoerrechten en de levering kan vertraagd worden als u kiest voor expresdiensten zoals DHL, UPS, TNT en FEDEX))
② Verzendlabel (buiten de verpakking).
③Volgnummer.
④ Redenen voor retournering.
Stuur ons een e-mail met bewijs van het probleem met het artikel (foto van het kwaliteitsgebrek, verkeerde maat, enz.). We zullen het aankoopbedrag terugbetalen nadat we het pakket hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd.
Als de retourzending door de consument wordt veroorzaakt, is de consument verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten. De exacte kosten zijn afhankelijk van de gekozen koeriersdienst.
Indien de ontvangen goederen door onze schuld beschadigd of onjuist zijn, is de consument niet verplicht de verzendkosten hiervoor te betalen.

This is the second time I have bought a shirt that was manufactured by the same company but sold through different online sellers. Both time purchased the largest size. They both were made with a very odd shoulder cut. It is like a child size large. I would never buy from this company again.
Buyer beware: these shirts run extremely small. Size Large is normally foolproof for me, with the worst case scenario being that the shirt may be a touch bigger than I prefer. In this case however, the shirt doesn’t even fit and is unwearable. Total waste of money, and not super cheap to begin with…
Nice shirt but the sizing is off ie its way too small!
This is indeed a high-quality shirt. However, I ordered an XL, and while that's the size marked on the shirt that was delivered it doesn't fit. I can't button it up and it's even a little tight at the shoulders, and I'm only marginally an XL; many XL shirts - L.L. Bean's, for instance - are too big for me. I am unhappy about this.

Loved the look but not keen on such synthetic knitwear. Fit good but to wear with a skirt too long. Value for money and would look great with black trousers

Gorgeous design and colour but the length is off. Incredibly long, it covers my bottom.

The quality is pretty poor, both of my new sweaters got extremely pilly after 2 wears and the wash made it even worse.
After washing there were even more pills than the ones around the arms where my jacket must rub now the whole sweater had pills on it the fabric felt much more stiff and much less comfortable. Plus the collar rolled and the only way I could get it to lay flat again was to iron with a cotton pressing cloth. At this point I’ll just stick with real vintage sweaters because they low key require LESS upkeep.
Overall I don’t plan on purchasing anymore items from this site the quality is low, the sizing is a light suggestion, and it took FORVER to get to me because it most likely wasn't full filled in the states.

Customer service is not willing to work or help their customers; sizes run way too small. Never ordering from this site again.

We are sorry to hear that the sizing did not work for you. From the beginning, we advised that we could assist with a size exchange. We also explained that sizing can vary between different brands, so a 4XL from another brand may not match our 4XL measurements.
To help confirm whether the item matched our size chart, we asked for measurement photos, but unfortunately, these were not provided. Without measurement photos showing that the item is outside our size chart, we are unable to confirm this as a sizing discrepancy.
We also offered two possible solutions to help resolve the issue. However, the request for a 75% refund while keeping the products is beyond what we are able to offer in this case.

As a 1st time buyer I wasn’t sure how the fit and look would turn out. I’m happy and please that both were a hit and now has me searching for another for. For reference I’m 6’3 225lbs

I love this sweater, the quality is pretty good. True to fit I wear an XL, good customer service. I order a L, but it was too small, they replaced my shirt free of charge, and let me keep the large. Shipping took about a week, but overall it was a good experience, I will be order more.
I love this. The print is modern, and the color way keeps it from being something you can’t wear everyday casually or business casual. It is so comfortable. It feels like an expensive cardigan and I get compliments every time I wear it!
I absolutely love this top. The colors are great and the fit is perfect. I love Oxknit over all because the shirts hold up over time, they release wrinkles easily with a steam or wrinkle releaser and they are comfortable. This design is A+
