Ons beleid is 30 dagen geldig. U dient de retourzending binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst te verwerken. Houd er rekening mee dat de verwerking 1 tot 2 weken kan duren vanaf het moment dat u de retourzending verstuurt.
Je ontvangt een e-mail zodra je retourverzoek succesvol is verwerkt.
Zodra we uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen en het voldoet aan ons retourbeleid, zullen we het aankoopbedrag terugbetalen via de betaalmethode die u bij de aankoop hebt gebruikt.
Kennisgeving:
Om hygiënische redenen accepteren wij, tenzij de artikelen zichtbaar defect zijn, geen retourzendingen voor omruiling of terugbetaling van lingerie, ondergoed, nachtkleding, badkleding en slips.
Situaties waarin wij terugbetalingen doen
Productprobleem
Als het product niet aan uw verwachtingen voldoet of een kwaliteitsgebrek vertoont, verwerken we de terugbetaling binnen 3 werkdagen.
Niet op voorraad
Als het product dat u hebt gekocht niet op voorraad is, nemen we per e-mail contact met u op om u de keuze te geven tussen een terugbetaling of wachten tot het product weer op voorraad is.
Problemen met PayPal
Als de naam en het adres van uw PayPal-account niet overeenkomen met die van uw bestelling, sturen we u een e-mail ter verificatie. Als we binnen 3 werkdagen geen antwoord ontvangen, wordt de bestelling automatisch terugbetaald.
Situaties waarin wij de verzendkosten niet vergoeden:
1. De verkeerde maat of stijl gekozen;
2. Niet willen/leuk vinden;
3. Er is niets mis met het product, ik wil het alleen retourneren.

Retourproces:
Gelieve de volgende informatie in het retourpakket te vermelden:
① Het ordernummer en de product-SKU van het/de artikel(en) dat/die u retourneert.
(Retourzending alleen via het lokale postkantoor. (U kunt te maken krijgen met invoerrechten en de levering kan vertraagd worden als u kiest voor expresdiensten zoals DHL, UPS, TNT en FEDEX))
② Verzendlabel (buiten de verpakking).
③Volgnummer.
④ Redenen voor retournering.
Stuur ons een e-mail met bewijs van het probleem met het artikel (foto van het kwaliteitsgebrek, verkeerde maat, enz.). We zullen het aankoopbedrag terugbetalen nadat we het pakket hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd.
Als de retourzending door de consument wordt veroorzaakt, is de consument verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten. De exacte kosten zijn afhankelijk van de gekozen koeriersdienst.
Indien de ontvangen goederen door onze schuld beschadigd of onjuist zijn, is de consument niet verplicht de verzendkosten hiervoor te betalen.

- Delicate machine Wassen op 30 graden (86℉) met soortgelijke kleuren.
- Strijk binnenstebuiten op een lage temperatuur.
- Plat opbergen.
- Niet in de droogtrommel drogen.

Leg een bloemenveld aan en bloei waar je ook gaat.
Kom helemaal in de zomerstemming met deze vrolijke trui met madeliefjes in retrostijl. Het speelse bloemenpatroon springt eruit tegen een crèmekleurige achtergrond, met oversized groene bloemblaadjes en warme gouden hartjes die de charme van de jaren 70 uitstralen.
Diepgroene raglanmouwen en karmozijnrode ribboorden aan de manchetten en zoom zorgen voor een evenwichtig silhouet, terwijl de roze halslijn een vrolijke touch geeft. Dit is de trui die je aantrekt als je outfit wel wat extra flair kan gebruiken.

It's a funky cool sweater. Absolutely love the material its not to thick and not to thin perfect for me.
I expected online ourchase to be ill fitting and poor quality. I was grwtly suprised to find i was wrong. Good quality washes and wears well. Im a size 18 and 3xl fits nicely good length and lovely to wear. Get lots of really nice comments too.
Sweaters got here quickly. It's not as soft as everybody says. But it was still a decent quality. I think they are a tad overpriced. But I will be exchanging for a different print in a bigger size. :)

Poor Quality. Not knitted, made in China probably. The zipper does not work. I bought this in green and black. Disappointed by the quality unfortunately.

Super cute and the material seems nice enough but the seam literally split all the way up one side when I was trying it on, and it's not because it was too small. Just looks like the stitching wasn't very robust. Going to fix it myself and reinforce the other side as well because it took so long to arrive that it seems easier to go that route than return it.

Great quality, very nice
My husband and I wore our matching oxknit outfits to our recent trip to Ravenna Italy. He was unaware I purchased matching outfits but he happily wore his retro shirt. I think it fit him well.
I have so many Oxknit sweaters at this point, I have lost count. They are always exactly what you'd expect based on the pictures, the quality is amazing. I'm 5'1" and 130 lbs, and small is the right size for me. They do take quite awhile to ship, so be prepared for at least a month before delivery, if you're ordering for a specific event. I check the website daily for new releases.
