När vi har mottagit din returnerade vara och den uppfyller vår returpolicy kommer vi att utfärda en återbetalning till dig via den betalningsmetod som användes vid köptillfället.

Produktens problem
Om produkten inte matchar dina önskemål eller om det finns ett kvalitetsproblem, återbetalar vi dig inom 3 arbetsdagar.
Slut i lager
Om produkten du köpt är slut i lager kommer vi att kontakta dig via e-post för att erbjuda dig möjligheten att antingen få en återbetalning eller vänta på att varan återkommer.
PayPal-problem
Om ditt PayPal-kontonamn och din adress inte matchar din beställnings konto skickar vi ett e-postmeddelande för verifiering. Om vi inte får något svar inom 3 arbetsdagar återbetalar vi automatiskt beställningen.
Situationer där vi inte täcker fraktkostnader:
1. Välj fel storlek, fel stil;
2. Vill inte ha/gillar inte;
3. Inget fel på produkten, vill bara returnera.

③Spårningsnummer.

Vänligen skicka ett e-postmeddelande och bevisa problemet med varan (bild på varans kvalitetsproblem, fel storlek etc.). Vi återbetalar pengarna efter att vi har mottagit paketet och inspekterat det.
Om returen orsakas av konsumenten, bör konsumenten ansvara för fraktkostnaden. Den specifika avgiften bör baseras på vilket expressföretag du väljer.
Om de mottagna varorna av våra skäl är skadade eller inte korrekta, och konsumenten inte är skyldig att betala fraktkostnaden av denna anledning.

Mehrmals Strick TShirts oder Strick Polo Shirts bestellt. Dauert zwar fast einen Monat aber die ausgefallenen Artikel in 100% Baumwolle sind super. Aber: ich habe eine Nummer größer bestellen müssen, also statt XL = XXL dann war es in Ordnung.

Good looking well made Jean at a great price, like the bigger fit on leg which gives them the classic Jean look nice length in the leg wear mine rolled up. Waist size isn’t standard but I’m happy I went up a size. I’ve purchased more pants from Oxknit since.

I’ve now ordered three times from OxKnit, and they are quickly becoming my favorite source of cherished pieces. My first set was so adorable. It became the reason I needed to book a vacation – just wear it every day! The second set I ordered was out of stock, I was disappointed not to receive it. But they more than made it right by sending me a replacement and an additional free knitted shirt as a surprise! The quality, design, and Customer Service are all a 10/10.

The photo make this outfit seem like the top will be fitted, but the top was huge on me. The skirt, however IS very fitted. It’s not worth the effort to return it, but I was disappointed that the picture was so misleading on the fit. The quality of the knit itself seems pretty good.
