PayPal-problem
Om ditt PayPal-kontonamn och din adress inte matchar din beställnings konto skickar vi ett e-postmeddelande för verifiering. Om vi inte får något svar inom 3 arbetsdagar återbetalar vi automatiskt beställningen.
Situationer där vi inte täcker fraktkostnader:
1. Välj fel storlek, fel stil;
2. Vill inte ha/gillar inte;
3. Inget fel på produkten, vill bara returnera.

Vänligen skicka ett e-postmeddelande och bevisa problemet med varan (bild på varans kvalitetsproblem, fel storlek etc.). Vi återbetalar pengarna efter att vi har mottagit paketet och inspekterat det.
Om returen orsakas av konsumenten, bör konsumenten ansvara för fraktkostnaden. Den specifika avgiften bör baseras på vilket expressföretag du väljer.
Om de mottagna varorna av våra skäl är skadade eller inte korrekta, och konsumenten inte är skyldig att betala fraktkostnaden av denna anledning.

Nice concept, but this wasn’t for me due to the fact that there is a prominent line across the chest of the sweater, where the patterns meet.
Looks like a mistake IMO (although the company said it is intentional when I inquired).

The line you noticed across the chest is related to the jacquard knitting technique used for this design.
In jacquard knitwear, the pattern is created directly during the knitting process rather than being printed or embroidered afterward. At certain color-change or pattern connection points, internal yarn floats or transition stitches may become visible, sometimes creating a line that resembles a stitching irregularity.
This is a characteristic of the jacquard knitting technique rather than a manufacturing defect. It does not affect the structural integrity or durability of the sweater and will not cause the garment to unravel.

I wore this top the other day and I had so many people complimenting the colors and design. :) I like a looser fitting top so I ordered the large. A medium would have fit. So definitely true to size. :)
The quality is good, and I get compliments all the time because they are so unique and fun- I read the reviews and ordered a size up, but actually it was a little big- I think the sizes are close to true to size:)
Very high quality given the competitive price. It was exactly as pictured. I sized way up and that was a smart thing. Will definitely buy from Oxknit again.
Poor Quality. Not knitted, made in China probably. The zipper does not work. I bought this in green and black. Disappointed by the quality unfortunately.

Super cute and the material seems nice enough but the seam literally split all the way up one side when I was trying it on, and it's not because it was too small. Just looks like the stitching wasn't very robust. Going to fix it myself and reinforce the other side as well because it took so long to arrive that it seems easier to go that route than return it.

My husband and I wore our matching oxknit outfits to our recent trip to Ravenna Italy. He was unaware I purchased matching outfits but he happily wore his retro shirt. I think it fit him well.
I have so many Oxknit sweaters at this point, I have lost count. They are always exactly what you'd expect based on the pictures, the quality is amazing. I'm 5'1" and 130 lbs, and small is the right size for me. They do take quite awhile to ship, so be prepared for at least a month before delivery, if you're ordering for a specific event. I check the website daily for new releases.
