Om ditt PayPal-kontonamn och din adress inte matchar din beställnings konto skickar vi ett e-postmeddelande för verifiering. Om vi inte får något svar inom 3 arbetsdagar återbetalar vi automatiskt beställningen.

1. Välj fel storlek, fel stil;
2. Vill inte ha/gillar inte;
3. Inget fel på produkten, vill bara returnera.

Vänligen skicka ett e-postmeddelande och bevisa problemet med varan (bild på varans kvalitetsproblem, fel storlek etc.). Vi återbetalar pengarna efter att vi har mottagit paketet och inspekterat det.
Om returen orsakas av konsumenten, bör konsumenten ansvara för fraktkostnaden. Den specifika avgiften bör baseras på vilket expressföretag du väljer.
Om de mottagna varorna av våra skäl är skadade eller inte korrekta, och konsumenten inte är skyldig att betala fraktkostnaden av denna anledning.

I have ordered one Oxnit item prior so I was expecting the same fabric quality and sizing. It was not. It felt thinner, cheaper, looser. The top which was advertised as seemingly fitted, was VERY LARGE for the size I ordered. I compared that top to the other item I'd previously purchased which was a size larger, and found that both looked to be the same size. One was medium, the other, large, and both were the same when held up side by side? That tells me there's definite changes in their stock or production or something, yet prices remain what they are.
Overall? Disappointed. Not sure I'll continue trying pieces from here.

This style is made using a jacquard knitting technique, where different yarns are knitted directly into the garment to create the pattern rather than being printed on the surface. Because of this construction, the thickness and feel can vary between designs. More detailed patterns generally use more cotton yarn and may feel thicker, while simpler designs can feel lighter.
Regarding the sizing, different styles may have different measurements and fits, so we recommend referring to the individual size chart on each product page. However, if you believe the item does not match the measurements shown on our size chart, please send us photos showing the actual garment measurements so our after-sales team can review the issue carefully.
As all garments are measured by hand, a variation of approximately 2–3 cm is considered normal. For reference, 1 inch equals 2.54 cm. If the measurements are beyond this normal range, we will take full responsibility and assist you with an appropriate solution.

FIts true to size and got several compliments the first time I wore it.
It's a beautiful top, well made, but I wish it came in an xs. I ordered a small, and it was a bit baggy on me. I'm 123lbs, 5ft 4in tall, bust is a 34, waist is a 27. I do wish that it came with an extra button as it is quite low cut.
I have now purchased approximately 5 sweaters from Oxknit and they are my favorite sweaters ever. They are so cute, are so comfortable and wash and wear well. I have lost weight and I am seriously going to purchase all the ones I have in a smaller size since I love them so much. They fit very true to size and are long enough for me which I have a challenge finding long enough sweaters.

I was very hesitant to order it given some of the reviews, BUT I'm so glad I did! It is so very cute! The advice to size up is correct. I typically wear a medium or if it runs large, a small. I ordered a large in this sweater and it gives me plenty of room in the body without feeling oversized. The arms are a bit long, but I'm short. I can easily roll the cuffs. The quality is great! The tiger is fully embroidered into the fabric. The knit fabric is comfortable and not scratchy. It will be perfect for the fall transitional days when it's cool enough for a sweater but not a jacket weather. The shipping didn't take long, I think it was 10-14 days. I didn't order this during a holiday season either, which might take longer. I can not wait for the weather to cool down so I can wear it!! 🐯
