It's been 11 weeks now since I ordered 3 sweaters for my daughter's Mar. 27th birthday. I contacted Oxnit numerous times, and finally, they conceded that the order had never moved, and they offered to resend it. I said yes, and still no sweaters, and no replies to inquiries. If there is a human being in customer service, I'd love to receive the sweaters I paid for three months ago.
