Regarding the return time window, we follow the date of your first email to us. As long as your first contact was within 30 days, it will be considered within the return window. We are not trying to delay the process, and we simply want to make sure everything is clear.
Also, we’re sorry, but since there has been no tracking update for your returned parcel, we are unable to arrange the refund first at this time. Without updated tracking information, we cannot confirm that the parcel is on its way back to our warehouse.
