④ Λόγοι επιστροφής.
Παρακαλούμε στείλτε e-mail και αποδείξτε το πρόβλημα του προϊόντος (φωτογραφία προβλήματος ποιότητας του προϊόντος, λάθος μέγεθος, κ.λπ.), θα επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα αφού λάβουμε το πακέτο και το ελέγξουμε.

Exactly as pictured

I ordered up a size that so many reviewers on youtube suggested; I could have gotten away with my normal size after trying it on. It runs true to size, the material is as described, it’s not itchy or scratchy like another person wrote. It’s beautiful, unique piece that fit well, and went with the esthetic I was aiming for.

The material is weird and stretchy, a disappointing regrettable purchase

I brought this shirt because of it's piet mondrian design thinking it would be a normal polo shirt with typical cotton of polyester material but when I received it in the mail, it came in this very weird material that's stretchy at the bottom, it's not like a tshirt but more like an itchy cardigan that instead of wearing it daily, you'll just wear it maybe once or twice. Very disappointing to receive something different from expectations but oh well the money's already spent, and life goes on.

Nice top hope it doesn’t stretch

Reasonably happy with this top and its delicate embroidered flowers. I am worried that it will stretch to be long and floppy at the bottom due to the looser weave of the waist section and the band compared to other OxKnit tops. Time will tell.

We’re sorry to hear about your concern. The looser knit at the waist may feel more delicate than our other styles, so we recommend washing it gently and laying it flat to dry and store to help maintain its shape. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Way too big

I ordered a medium and what arrived was more like an XXL. I tried to return it but they wanted me to pay return shipping.

Size Down

I usually wear a size small - 4 . I bought the orange and green sweater in a small and it was swimming on me. High quality, super cute, but I gave it to a friend who is a size 12 and it fits great.

HORRIBLE

This dress is not as pictured. The colors are lighter, the shoulders do not puff out, the dress is boxy and made more like a men cardigan sweater.

Yuck

This looked cheap in person. I can’t even wear it. I tried to return it but it would have cost $400 to get it back to them in middle China. Don’t buy from Oxknit.
