Προβλήματα PayPal
Αν το όνομα λογαριασμού και η διεύθυνση του PayPal σας δεν ταιριάζουν με αυτά της παραγγελίας σας, θα σας στείλουμε email για επαλήθευση. Αν δεν υπάρξει απάντηση εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών, θα προβούμε αυτόματα σε επιστροφή χρημάτων της παραγγελίας.
Περιστάσεις που δεν καλύπτουμε τα έξοδα αποστολής:
1. Επιλογή λάθος μεγέθους, λάθος στυλ;
2. Δεν θέλετε/σας αρέσει;
3. Δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το προϊόν, απλά θέλετε να το επιστρέψετε.

(Μόνο επιστροφές από τοπικό ταχυδρομείο.(μπορεί να προκύψουν τελωνειακοί δασμοί και η παράδοση μπορεί να καθυστερήσει αν επιλέξετε εταιρείες ταχείας όπως DHL, UPS, TNT και FEDEX))
② Ετικέτα αποστολής (εκτός του πακέτου).
③Αριθμός παρακολούθησης.
④ Λόγοι επιστροφής.
Παρακαλούμε στείλτε e-mail και αποδείξτε το πρόβλημα του προϊόντος (φωτογραφία προβλήματος ποιότητας του προϊόντος, λάθος μέγεθος, κ.λπ.), θα επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα αφού λάβουμε το πακέτο και το ελέγξουμε.
Αν η επιστροφή οφείλεται στον καταναλωτή, ο καταναλωτής ευθύνεται για τα έξοδα αποστολής. Το συγκεκριμένο κόστος καθορίζεται από την εταιρεία ταχείας που επιλέγετε.
Αν λόγω δικών μας λόγων, τα αγαθά που παραλάβατε είναι κατεστραμμένα ή λανθασμένα, ο καταναλωτής δεν υποχρεούται να επιβαρυνθεί με τα έξοδα αποστολής για αυτόν τον λόγο.

- Μην το στεγνώνετε σε στεγνωτήριο.

The collar on this sweater is WAY too large. I’m unsure I will ever be able to wear this as it does not conform well to any collar underneath. The collar leaves an inch or two wide gap on either side of even my widest flaring collars and frankly just makes the sweater appear goofy and poorly cut. This is immensely disappointing. I would probably rate this product at 4 stars without this issue.
Otherwise, the material is a bit thinner than anticipated, but doesn’t feel that it is overly cheap. The embroidery is clear and as pictured.
The fit is a bit tighter than I typically anticipate for a sweater, but not outside the realm of the stated size.
We’re very sorry that the oversized collar affected the overall look and made the sweater difficult to wear. We understand how disappointing this is, especially since you were otherwise pleased with the embroidery and general quality.

Stylish casual and can be dressing
I’ve now ordered three times from OxKnit, and they are quickly becoming my favorite source of cherished pieces. My first set was so adorable. The photo make this outfit seem like the top will be fitted, but the top was huge on me. The skirt, however IS very fitted. It’s not worth the effort to return it, but I was disappointed that the picture was so misleading on the fit. The quality of the knit itself seems pretty good.

Used the size charts and still doesn't fit well. Bottom band does not lay flat like the picture or as a cardigan should. Chest is smaller than the bottom which doesn't make much sense in a women's fit. The band is as if it is not the right size for the rest of the shirt. Love the style. Wish the fit and shaping were better.
