Προβλήματα προϊόντος
Εάν το προϊόν δεν ταιριάζει με αυτό που θέλετε ή το προϊόν έχει πρόβλημα ποιότητας, θα επεξεργαστούμε μια επιστροφή χρημάτων εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών.
Εξαντλημένο
Εάν το προϊόν που αγοράσατε είναι εξαντλημένο, θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας μέσω email για να σας προσφέρουμε την επιλογή είτε να λάβετε επιστροφή χρημάτων είτε να περιμένετε για ανανέωση αποθέματος.
Θέματα PayPal
Εάν το όνομα και η διεύθυνση του λογαριασμού σας στο PayPal δεν ταιριάζουν με την παραγγελία σας, θα στείλουμε ένα email για επιβεβαίωση. Εάν δεν υπάρξει απάντηση εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών, θα επιστρέψουμε αυτόματα την παραγγελία.
Καταστάσεις που δεν καλύπτουμε τα έξοδα αποστολής:
1. Επιλογή λάθους μεγέθους, λάθους στυλ;
2. Δεν θέλω/δεν μου αρέσει;
3. Δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το προϊόν, απλά θέλω να το επιστρέψω.

Παρακαλώ συμπεριλάβετε τις παρακάτω πληροφορίες στο πακέτο επιστροφής :
① Αριθμός παραγγελίας και SKU προϊόντος των αντικειμένων που επιστρέφετε.
(Μόνο επιστροφή μέσω τοπικού ταχυδρομείου. (μπορεί να επιβαρυνθείτε με εισαγωγικούς φόρους και η παράδοση μπορεί να καθυστερήσει αν επιλέξετε ταχυδρομικές υπηρεσίες όπως DHL, UPS, TNT και FEDEX))
② Ετικέτα αποστολής (έξω από το πακέτο).
③ Αριθμός παρακολούθησης.
④ Λόγοι επιστροφής.
Παρακαλώ στείλτε email και αποδείξτε το πρόβλημα του αντικειμένου (φωτογραφία του σχετικού προβλήματος ποιότητας του αντικειμένου, λάθος μέγεθος, κ.λπ.), θα επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα αφού παραλάβουμε το πακέτο και το ελέγξουμε.
Εάν η επιστροφή προκλήθηκε από τον καταναλωτή, ο καταναλωτής θα πρέπει να είναι υπεύθυνος για το κόστος αποστολής. Η συγκεκριμένη χρέωση θα πρέπει να βασίζεται στην εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορών που επιλέγετε.
Εάν λόγω δικών μας λόγων, τα παραληφθέντα προϊόντα είναι κατεστραμμένα ή λανθασμένα, ο καταναλωτής δεν υποχρεούται να καλύψει το κόστος αποστολής για αυτό το λόγο.

Poor Quality. Not knitted, made in China probably. The zipper does not work. I bought this in green and black. Disappointed by the quality unfortunately.

Super cute and the material seems nice enough but the seam literally split all the way up one side when I was trying it on, and it's not because it was too small. Just looks like the stitching wasn't very robust. Going to fix it myself and reinforce the other side as well because it took so long to arrive that it seems easier to go that route than return it.

My husband and I wore our matching oxknit outfits to our recent trip to Ravenna Italy. He was unaware I purchased matching outfits but he happily wore his retro shirt. I think it fit him well.
I have so many Oxknit sweaters at this point, I have lost count. They are always exactly what you'd expect based on the pictures, the quality is amazing. I'm 5'1" and 130 lbs, and small is the right size for me. They do take quite awhile to ship, so be prepared for at least a month before delivery, if you're ordering for a specific event. I check the website daily for new releases.
