Προβλήματα PayPal
Αν το όνομα λογαριασμού και η διεύθυνση του PayPal σας δεν ταιριάζουν με αυτά της παραγγελίας σας, θα σας στείλουμε email για επαλήθευση. Αν δεν υπάρξει απάντηση εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών, θα προβούμε αυτόματα σε επιστροφή χρημάτων της παραγγελίας.
Περιστάσεις που δεν καλύπτουμε τα έξοδα αποστολής:
1. Επιλογή λάθος μεγέθους, λάθος στυλ;
2. Δεν θέλετε/σας αρέσει;
3. Δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το προϊόν, απλά θέλετε να το επιστρέψετε.

① Αριθμός παραγγελίας και κωδικός SKU του/των προϊόντος/των που επιστρέφετε.
(Μόνο επιστροφές από τοπικό ταχυδρομείο.(μπορεί να προκύψουν τελωνειακοί δασμοί και η παράδοση μπορεί να καθυστερήσει αν επιλέξετε εταιρείες ταχείας όπως DHL, UPS, TNT και FEDEX))
② Ετικέτα αποστολής (εκτός του πακέτου).
③Αριθμός παρακολούθησης.
④ Λόγοι επιστροφής.
Παρακαλούμε στείλτε e-mail και αποδείξτε το πρόβλημα του προϊόντος (φωτογραφία προβλήματος ποιότητας του προϊόντος, λάθος μέγεθος, κ.λπ.), θα επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα αφού λάβουμε το πακέτο και το ελέγξουμε.
Αν η επιστροφή οφείλεται στον καταναλωτή, ο καταναλωτής ευθύνεται για τα έξοδα αποστολής. Το συγκεκριμένο κόστος καθορίζεται από την εταιρεία ταχείας που επιλέγετε.
Αν λόγω δικών μας λόγων, τα αγαθά που παραλάβατε είναι κατεστραμμένα ή λανθασμένα, ο καταναλωτής δεν υποχρεούται να επιβαρυνθεί με τα έξοδα αποστολής για αυτόν τον λόγο.

I was sure i would love this shirt. Its beautiful & great material. As a small chested girly I did not expect the fit to be as so. The buttons did not lay properly and looked like they are about to pop- even. In the breast area. And then loose in the waist. Im a true medium- sometimes small in these types of tops so I got a medium. Not sure if sizing up even more would have helped? Great quality and design. Fit just wasn't right. And the collar lays a little weird. Hopefully ill find a way to wear it.

I ordered a small and it was enormous. I emailed them asking to exchange for an XS and they said they don’t make an XS. And if I wanted to return I had to pay for shipping myself and of course it’s to Asia so would be more expensive than it’s worth. Waste of money

Reasonably happy with this top and its delicate embroidered flowers. I am worried that it will stretch to be long and floppy at the bottom due to the looser weave of the waist section and the band compared to other OxKnit tops. Time will tell.

I usually wear a size small - 4 . I bought the orange and green sweater in a small and it was swimming on me. High quality, super cute, but I gave it to a friend who is a size 12 and it fits great.

This dress is not as pictured. The colors are lighter, the shoulders do not puff out, the dress is boxy and made more like a men cardigan sweater.
