Προβλήματα PayPal
Εάν το όνομα και η διεύθυνση του λογαριασμού σας στο PayPal δεν ταιριάζουν με την παραγγελία σας, θα σας στείλουμε ένα email για επαλήθευση. Εάν δεν λάβετε απάντηση εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών, θα σας επιστρέψουμε αυτόματα τα χρήματα της παραγγελίας.

③Αριθμός παρακολούθησης.
④ Λόγοι επιστροφής.
Στείλτε μας email και αποδείξτε το πρόβλημα του αντικειμένου (εικόνα του προβλήματος που σχετίζεται με την ποιότητα του αντικειμένου, λάθος μέγεθος κ.λπ.), θα σας επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα αφού λάβουμε το πακέτο και το ελέγξουμε.

Εάν η επιστροφή οφείλεται στον καταναλωτή, ο καταναλωτής θα πρέπει να επιβαρυνθεί με τα έξοδα αποστολής. Η συγκεκριμένη χρέωση θα πρέπει να βασίζεται στην εταιρεία express που θα επιλέξετε.

Great sweater

Great! Sweater have gotten so many compliments but the yarn is soft and does pill easily so just be ready to have a pill remover.

Sweater never arrived

Sweater never arrived and customer service never responded to my complaint. Had to process a charge back with my credit card issuer.

Great for an Antarctica cruise!

I changed out the plain white buttons myself for some pretty gold ones. It is adorable and very appropriate for my Antarctica cruise. It paired well with my black wool blend short sleeve dress for an evening dinner, and I received many compliments. The price was very reasonable, and the cotton blend is comfortable and substantial, without being too heavy.

Extremely disappointing

Like the other sweater I purchased from here, this is strangely not made to fit a human female body.it has room for giant shoulders and tiny hips. Also, it’s very cheaply made and it looks it.

Nice quality but not as pictured

They were a little on the small side for their size. They were nicely made and not cheap looking or feeling, but they aren’t the pants in the photo. A close knockoff I suppose, but not close enough. I thought for the price and with all the hype it wouldn’t be a knockoff company, but it seems to be so.

Not happy with the quality of the product or customer service response

I wanted to love this skirt but I was not thrilled with the quality. Additionally when I reached out to return the items I was notified the company would close down for 2 weeks for holiday. The 2 weeks brought me too close to the cut off date to return this skirt and a shirt I purchased. I plan to donate them.

Low quality

I love the look, but unfortunately it is cheaply made. Buttons are barely attached and fabric arrived with pulls in it.

Was hoping for a more brighter yellow or gold

I Like it But

I will start with the positives; reasonably priced, looks great, different style design, have received compliments.
Flipside; longer than I would have liked, really warm which is great for people who run cold however; #perimenopause. I also feel like this will lose it's shape quickly and may only be a one season sweater.
