Πρόβλημα προϊόντος
Εάν το προϊόν δεν ταιριάζει με αυτό που θέλετε ή το προϊόν έχει πρόβλημα ποιότητας, θα επεξεργαστούμε επιστροφή εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών.
Εκτός αποθέματος
Αν το προϊόν που αγοράσατε είναι εκτός αποθέματος, θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας μέσω email για να σας δώσουμε την επιλογή να λάβετε επιστροφή χρημάτων ή να περιμένετε για επανεφοδιασμό.
Προβλήματα PayPal
Αν το όνομα λογαριασμού και η διεύθυνση του PayPal σας δεν ταιριάζουν με αυτά της παραγγελίας σας, θα σας στείλουμε email για επαλήθευση. Αν δεν υπάρξει απάντηση εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών, θα προβούμε αυτόματα σε επιστροφή χρημάτων της παραγγελίας.
Περιστάσεις που δεν καλύπτουμε τα έξοδα αποστολής:
1. Επιλογή λάθος μεγέθους, λάθος στυλ;
2. Δεν θέλετε/σας αρέσει;
3. Δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το προϊόν, απλά θέλετε να το επιστρέψετε.

Παρακαλούμε συμπεριλάβετε τις εξής πληροφορίες στη συσκευασία επιστροφής :
① Αριθμός παραγγελίας και κωδικός SKU του/των προϊόντος/των που επιστρέφετε.
(Μόνο επιστροφές από τοπικό ταχυδρομείο.(μπορεί να προκύψουν τελωνειακοί δασμοί και η παράδοση μπορεί να καθυστερήσει αν επιλέξετε εταιρείες ταχείας όπως DHL, UPS, TNT και FEDEX))
② Ετικέτα αποστολής (εκτός του πακέτου).
③Αριθμός παρακολούθησης.
④ Λόγοι επιστροφής.
Παρακαλούμε στείλτε e-mail και αποδείξτε το πρόβλημα του προϊόντος (φωτογραφία προβλήματος ποιότητας του προϊόντος, λάθος μέγεθος, κ.λπ.), θα επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα αφού λάβουμε το πακέτο και το ελέγξουμε.
Αν η επιστροφή οφείλεται στον καταναλωτή, ο καταναλωτής ευθύνεται για τα έξοδα αποστολής. Το συγκεκριμένο κόστος καθορίζεται από την εταιρεία ταχείας που επιλέγετε.
Αν λόγω δικών μας λόγων, τα αγαθά που παραλάβατε είναι κατεστραμμένα ή λανθασμένα, ο καταναλωτής δεν υποχρεούται να επιβαρυνθεί με τα έξοδα αποστολής για αυτόν τον λόγο.

Does not fit as pictured, pockets are not flattering, big gaps between buttons. I do not recommend these dresses.

Poor quality, clothing may or may not resemble the picture & good luck w/ a return/customer service. Lesson learned, I will never ever buy anything from them again, absolutely an Instagram scam in my opinion. I'll be shocked if my reviews actually make it on the website b/c only seems like overwhelmingly positive reviews when i check, rather curious.

IF YOU'RE READING, DON'T BUY THEIR CLOTHING. 4 of my pieces of clothing showed up with either stretch marks or not resembling the picture whatsoever. Poor quality fabric, horrible customer service (i was refunded $32 out of a $150 order after multiple attempts at resolving they just frustrate the hell out of you until you just give up & I can wear 2 of the 6 I ordered. Save yourself the trouble, this company is 100% awful & so is the quality of their clothing.
