Θα λάβετε ένα email με ένδειξη - μόλις ολοκληρωθεί με επιτυχία η επεξεργασία του αιτήματός σας επιστροφής.
Μόλις παραλάβουμε το επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν σας και συμμορφώνεται με την πολιτική επιστροφών μας, θα σας επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματά σας μέσω της μεθόδου πληρωμής που χρησιμοποιήσατε κατά την αγορά.
Ανακοίνωση:
Για λόγους υγιεινής, εκτός εάν τα είδη είναι ορατά ελαττωματικά, δεν μπορούμε να προσφέρουμε επιστροφές χρημάτων για εσώρουχα και σλιπ.

Πρόβλημα προϊόντος
Εάν το προϊόν δεν ταιριάζει με αυτό που θέλετε ή έχει κάποιο πρόβλημα ποιότητας, θα επεξεργαστούμε την επιστροφή χρημάτων εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών.
Εξαντλήθηκε
Εάν το προϊόν που αγοράσατε ήταν εκτός αποθέματος, θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας για να σας προσφέρουμε την επιλογή είτε να επιστρέψετε τα χρήματά σας είτε να περιμένετε μέχρι να είναι σε απόθεμα μέσω email.
Προβλήματα PayPal
Εάν το όνομα και η διεύθυνση του λογαριασμού σας στο PayPal δεν ταιριάζουν με την παραγγελία σας, θα σας στείλουμε ένα email για επαλήθευση. Εάν δεν λάβετε απάντηση εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών, θα σας επιστρέψουμε αυτόματα τα χρήματα της παραγγελίας.
Περιπτώσεις που δεν καλύπτουμε τα έξοδα αποστολής:
1. Επιλέξτε λάθος μέγεθος, λάθος στυλ.
2. Δεν θέλω/δεν μου αρέσει;
3. Δεν υπάρχει κανένα πρόβλημα με το προϊόν, απλώς θέλω να το επιστρέψω.

Διαδικασία Επιστροφής:
Παρακαλούμε συμπεριλάβετε τις ακόλουθες πληροφορίες στο πακέτο επιστροφής:
① Αριθμός παραγγελίας και κωδικός προϊόντος (SKU) του/των προϊόντος/ων που επιστρέφετε.
(Μόνο για επιστροφές από το τοπικό ταχυδρομείο. (ενδέχεται να επιβαρυνθείτε με φόρους εισαγωγής και η παράδοση ενδέχεται να καθυστερήσει εάν επιλέξετε ταχυμεταφορές όπως DHL, UPS, TNT και FEDEX))
② Ετικέτα αποστολής (εκτός της συσκευασίας).
③Αριθμός παρακολούθησης.
④ Λόγοι επιστροφής.
Στείλτε μας email και αποδείξτε το πρόβλημα του αντικειμένου (εικόνα του προβλήματος που σχετίζεται με την ποιότητα του αντικειμένου, λάθος μέγεθος κ.λπ.), θα σας επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα αφού λάβουμε το πακέτο και το ελέγξουμε.
Εάν η επιστροφή οφείλεται στον καταναλωτή, ο καταναλωτής θα πρέπει να επιβαρυνθεί με τα έξοδα αποστολής. Η συγκεκριμένη χρέωση θα πρέπει να βασίζεται στην εταιρεία express που θα επιλέξετε.
Εάν, για λόγους μας, τα παραληφθέντα προϊόντα είναι κατεστραμμένα ή δεν είναι σωστά, ο καταναλωτής δεν υποχρεούται να επιβαρυνθεί με τα έξοδα αποστολής για τον λόγο αυτό.

Fabric felt great. Sweater fits perfectly and looks amazing. I ordered a size Large.
This sweater is bright, cozy, and clearly speaks fluent bird. The moment I put it on, my macaw decided I was part of the flock. Great quality, super soft, and now officially endorsed by a very judgmental parrot. If your goal is comfort with a side of chaos, this is the sweater.
First of all I love this sweater. Its SO soft and warm. It arrived super fast. I will say that everywhere that was supposed to be the camel color brown is orange. I still love the sweater and don't mind the orange (although i do wish it was brown).
Super cute and unique print. Love the cut and the fit. Waistband is elastic and comfortable. Knit is a medium weight. Not to thin but def not a heavy skirt. Length is a bit long and the seams hang down a bit on either side - the only negative about this skirt. I’m 5’4” and ordered a small. In the photo, I have rolled down the waistband to make it a bit shorter. Launders well. I air dried to be on the safe side. Would recommend to anyone who is on the fence about ordering, just do it!

I’d love to tell you this a great shirt, but unfortunately the shipping and delivery company chosen lost or stole the package after lying about a road closure the day the supposedly attempted delivery. The entire order has been missing in action for over a month and a half. I have been in contact with both OXknit and the shipping/delivery company more than eight times trying to track the package down — only to receive veiled promises of delivery or redelivery in the near future only to never receive a delivery update or the actual package. They won’t even issue a refund for the order that is clearly lost. It has been the worst shopping experience I have had in recent memory.

Wonderful quality and the fitting was perfect
This was a Christmas present. My brother in law loved this shirt. He treated us to a little model style show with a slow unzip. It was hilarious. We live in North Queensland, Australia and Christmas is quite a warm time of year, but we turned the air conditioning up so he could keep wearing it for the day. Really great shirt.
