Λόγω λόγων υγιεινής, εκτός αν τα προϊόντα είναι ορατά ελαττωματικά, δεν δεχόμαστε επιστροφές για ανταλλαγή ή επιστροφή χρημάτων για Εσώρουχα, Εσώρουχα, Νυχτικά, Μαγιό και Σλιπ.

Πρόβλημα προϊόντος
Εάν το προϊόν δεν ταιριάζει με αυτό που θέλετε ή το προϊόν έχει πρόβλημα ποιότητας, θα επεξεργαστούμε επιστροφή εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών.
Εκτός αποθέματος
Αν το προϊόν που αγοράσατε είναι εκτός αποθέματος, θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας μέσω email για να σας δώσουμε την επιλογή να λάβετε επιστροφή χρημάτων ή να περιμένετε για επανεφοδιασμό.
Προβλήματα PayPal
Αν το όνομα λογαριασμού και η διεύθυνση του PayPal σας δεν ταιριάζουν με αυτά της παραγγελίας σας, θα σας στείλουμε email για επαλήθευση. Αν δεν υπάρξει απάντηση εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών, θα προβούμε αυτόματα σε επιστροφή χρημάτων της παραγγελίας.
Περιστάσεις που δεν καλύπτουμε τα έξοδα αποστολής:
1. Επιλογή λάθος μεγέθους, λάθος στυλ;
2. Δεν θέλετε/σας αρέσει;
3. Δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το προϊόν, απλά θέλετε να το επιστρέψετε.

Παρακαλούμε συμπεριλάβετε τις εξής πληροφορίες στη συσκευασία επιστροφής :
① Αριθμός παραγγελίας και κωδικός SKU του/των προϊόντος/των που επιστρέφετε.
(Μόνο επιστροφές από τοπικό ταχυδρομείο.(μπορεί να προκύψουν τελωνειακοί δασμοί και η παράδοση μπορεί να καθυστερήσει αν επιλέξετε εταιρείες ταχείας όπως DHL, UPS, TNT και FEDEX))
② Ετικέτα αποστολής (εκτός του πακέτου).
③Αριθμός παρακολούθησης.
④ Λόγοι επιστροφής.
Παρακαλούμε στείλτε e-mail και αποδείξτε το πρόβλημα του προϊόντος (φωτογραφία προβλήματος ποιότητας του προϊόντος, λάθος μέγεθος, κ.λπ.), θα επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα αφού λάβουμε το πακέτο και το ελέγξουμε.
Αν η επιστροφή οφείλεται στον καταναλωτή, ο καταναλωτής ευθύνεται για τα έξοδα αποστολής. Το συγκεκριμένο κόστος καθορίζεται από την εταιρεία ταχείας που επιλέγετε.
Αν λόγω δικών μας λόγων, τα αγαθά που παραλάβατε είναι κατεστραμμένα ή λανθασμένα, ο καταναλωτής δεν υποχρεούται να επιβαρυνθεί με τα έξοδα αποστολής για αυτόν τον λόγο.

The size was smaller than the size chart indicated. The skirt is not as long as it appears to be and the top and skirt are slightly different colors. I would send it back but the return policy is more trouble than it’s worth. I wanted to love it, I just dont

A size chart is available on each product page for reference. As all garments are measured by hand, a variation of around 2–3 cm is considered normal. For reference, 1 inch equals 2.54 cm.
Please rest assured that if the difference is beyond this range, we will take full responsibility for the issue.
THIS WAS MY FIRST OXKNIT, AND I GOT THE WRONG SIZE IN ERROR. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT I COULDN'T RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT FOR SOMETHING THAT FITS. THEY OFFERED ME 11 DOLLARS.

After checking, the size was selected incorrectly when the order was placed. We were willing to assist with an exchange; however, the item was no longer available in the size you wanted. Because of this, we offered a partial refund as an option for you to keep the item.
If you would prefer a full refund, the item can still be returned at your own expense in accordance with our return policy. We are sorry for any misunderstanding, but the partial refund was not the only solution offered.
Every time I wear one of my Oxknit sets or tops, compliments are made. Most ask about where it was purchased as well. (You can always tell someone really likes it when they ask that question!) Well made, nice quality and very reasonable pricing. Love the modern take on the retro styles.

I was very hesitant to order it given some of the reviews, BUT I'm so glad I did! It is so very cute! The advice to size up is correct. I typically wear a medium or if it runs large, a small. I ordered a large in this sweater and it gives me plenty of room in the body without feeling oversized. The arms are a bit long, but I'm short. I can easily roll the cuffs. The quality is great! The tiger is fully embroidered into the fabric. The knit fabric is comfortable and not scratchy. It will be perfect for the fall transitional days when it's cool enough for a sweater but not a jacket weather. The shipping didn't take long, I think it was 10-14 days. I didn't order this during a holiday season either, which might take longer. I can not wait for the weather to cool down so I can wear it!! 🐯
I didn't like the quality and .this shirt runs smaller then the other. You should go 1 size up on this one

FIts true to size and got several compliments the first time I wore it.
It's a beautiful top, well made, but I wish it came in an xs. I ordered a small, and it was a bit baggy on me. I'm 123lbs, 5ft 4in tall, bust is a 34, waist is a 27. I do wish that it came with an extra button as it is quite low cut.
I have now purchased approximately 5 sweaters from Oxknit and they are my favorite sweaters ever. They are so cute, are so comfortable and wash and wear well. I have lost weight and I am seriously going to purchase all the ones I have in a smaller size since I love them so much. They fit very true to size and are long enough for me which I have a challenge finding long enough sweaters.
