I ordered this item to wear for my husband’s birthday on April 12, but I never received it. When I contacted customer service, I was told I needed to reach out to USPS about the package, which I didn’t think was appropriate. However, I did so because I really wanted my order.
Today, I received an email stating that my order had been fulfilled, which was very disappointing since I never received the item. Please be careful sending notifications like this when orders have not actually been delivered. I was really looking forward to receiving this product.
Has anyone else had trouble receiving their items?

According to the shipping update, USPS was unable to deliver your package. In our email on May 9, we mentioned that we could arrange a reshipment for you directly, but we did not receive your confirmation, so we were unable to proceed with the replacement at that time.
We’re sorry again for the delivery issue and for the confusion caused by the fulfillment notification.

I messaged the company within 5 minutes of placing my order to change my size (my fault for not double checking) within 24 hours, and then every few days and never got a response until AFTER my package had been shipped. Luckily, it fit, but if they couldn’t contact me back within a month prior to shipping, I cannot imagine how long an exchange would take.
