I ordered 2 of the same exact shirts but I only received one shirt quality was good but ran very small please make larger sizes

I ordered a couple items that i really wanted for a video where we were using throwback fashion. Well the package was delivered and the delivery service didnt follow building instructions and my package was stolen. Credit to Oxknit they immediately resent the order. Once again the delivery person didn't follow our building instructions and that package also was stolen. So i never received my item but they did refund the purchase. I really wanted to start buying clothes from them to dictate the style of this web series but im not sure if I'll order again due to the delivery issues. Can't really blame oxknit for the delivery people not following instructions but as a customer was still very disappointed.

The product itself is fantastic. Great fit, great construction, top notch design. The process was not so good. The system defaulted every item I ordered to a size small and I couldn't correct it on my end.
To be fair, once this was communicated, OXKnit intercepted the package and made the corrections, but I didn't know that until I received the order. Also, it took over a month to receive the order.
Again, the product is fantastic, the process was not. That said, I will order from OXKnit again, ultimately, it's worth it.

I ordered 2 shirts 45 days ago, one shirt arrived pretty quickly and I still haven’t received this shirt yet. Don’t know why both shirts weren’t shipped together. If I don’t receive my other shirt I will not be ordering from here ever again.
