Ons beleid duurt 30 dagen. Verwerk uw retourzending daarom binnen de termijn en houd er rekening mee dat het 1 tot 2 weken kan duren voordat uw retourzending verwerkt is, vanaf het moment dat u deze opstuurt.
Zodra uw retouraanvraag succesvol is verwerkt, ontvangt u een e-mail.
Zodra wij uw geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen en het voldoet aan ons retourbeleid, storten wij het aankoopbedrag terug via de betaalmethode die u bij aankoop heeft gebruikt.
Kennisgeving:
Vanwege hygiënische redenen kunnen wij geen restitutie verlenen op ondergoed en slips, tenzij de artikelen zichtbaar defect zijn.
Situaties waarin wij terugbetalen
Probleem met het product
Als het product niet aan uw wensen voldoet of als er sprake is van een kwaliteitsprobleem, betalen we binnen 3 werkdagen het aankoopbedrag terug.
Niet op voorraad
Indien het product dat u gekocht heeft niet op voorraad is, zullen wij contact met u opnemen en u per e-mail de keuze bieden om het product terug te betalen of te wachten tot het product weer op voorraad is.
PayPal-problemen
Als de naam en het adres van uw PayPal-account niet overeenkomen met die van uw bestelling, sturen we u een e-mail ter verificatie. Als u binnen 3 werkdagen geen reactie ontvangt, storten we het aankoopbedrag automatisch terug.
Situaties waarin wij de verzendkosten niet vergoeden:
1. Kies de verkeerde maat, de verkeerde stijl;
2. Niet willen/leuk vinden;
3. Er is niets mis met het product, ik wil het gewoon retourneren.

Retourproces:
Voeg de volgende informatie toe aan het retourpakket:
① Bestelnummer en product-SKU van het/de artikel(en) dat/die u retourneert.
(Alleen retourzending via lokaal postkantoor. (Er kunnen invoerrechten in rekening worden gebracht en de levering kan vertraagd zijn als u kiest voor expressdiensten zoals DHL, UPS, TNT en FEDEX))
② Verzendlabel (buitenkant van het pakket).
③Trackingnummer.
④ Redenen voor retour.
Stuur ons een e-mail met bewijs van het probleem met het artikel (foto van het kwaliteitsprobleem, verkeerde maat, enz.). Nadat we het pakket hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, storten we het bedrag terug.
Als de retourzending door de consument wordt veroorzaakt, zijn de verzendkosten voor rekening van de consument. De specifieke kosten zijn afhankelijk van het gekozen koeriersbedrijf.
Indien de ontvangen goederen om onze redenen beschadigd of niet in orde zijn, hoeft de consument de verzendkosten om deze reden niet te betalen.

when I saw this shirt in an ad I knew I had to have it! and when I got it I was so excited because it fit perfectly, but it was not up to the quality I would have liked. The area around the head and tail had the wrong colors coming through almost like the orange or black ran out. That prompted me to turn it inside out where I noticed that there were a lot of loose threads that would have eventually unravelled. Fortunately I am good with a needle and was able to secure the loose threads, but if you aren't you may want to think twice.
I loved it though it runs a bit small.
All the products I bought are beautiful. Great pattern and colours! Very soft material as well as thick. I recommend upsizing if you are of a bigger build. The only thing I would change is the shape around the hips. It's quite long so it would look better if it weren't as tight or without the orange trim. Turtle neck versions would also be great!

True to size very nice buy with confidence
I ordered 4 sweaters from Oznit after they popped up on my IG feed. There are SO many fantastic choices from Oxnit that I had a hard time deciding. However, I love the snowman, colorful leopard print, puffy heart sleeves and a cute short-sleeved one. The long sleeved ones are a nice quality, thicker for winter wear and the short-sleeved one is a soft, light-weight flat knit- perfect for spring/summer! I’ve already gottten many compliments on the ones I’ve worn!
