Hvis returen er forårsaket av forbrukeren, skal forbrukeren være ansvarlig for fraktkostnadene. Det spesifikke gebyret bør være basert på hvilket ekspressselskap du velger.
Dersom varene som mottas av våre årsaker er skadet eller ikke er korrekte, og forbrukeren ikke er pålagt å betale fraktkostnadene av denne grunn.

Didn’t realize I was being shipped directly from China, delivery took over two weeks… Once they arrived, the size was very small… I wear XXL… These were more like a Large. customer service was relatively slow compared to other companies I’ve dealt with… Once I requested a refund customer service reminding me of high shipping costs… So I just took a partial refund. I kept the shirts and donated to charity… Would not recommend.

Does not fit as pictured, pockets are not flattering, big gaps between buttons. I do not recommend these dresses.

Poor quality, clothing may or may not resemble the picture & good luck w/ a return/customer service. Lesson learned, I will never ever buy anything from them again, absolutely an Instagram scam in my opinion. I'll be shocked if my reviews actually make it on the website b/c only seems like overwhelmingly positive reviews when i check, rather curious.

IF YOU'RE READING, DON'T BUY THEIR CLOTHING. 4 of my pieces of clothing showed up with either stretch marks or not resembling the picture whatsoever. Poor quality fabric, horrible customer service (i was refunded $32 out of a $150 order after multiple attempts at resolving they just frustrate the hell out of you until you just give up & I can wear 2 of the 6 I ordered. Save yourself the trouble, this company is 100% awful & so is the quality of their clothing.
