Problemas com o PayPal
Se o nome e o endereço da sua conta PayPal não corresponderem aos do seu pedido, enviaremos um e-mail para verificação. Caso não haja resposta em até 3 dias úteis, o reembolso do pedido será feito automaticamente.
Situações em que não cobrimos a taxa de envio:
1. Escolher o tamanho errado, o modelo errado;
2. Não quero/não gosto;

② Etiqueta de envio (na parte externa da embalagem).
③ Número de rastreamento.

Por favor, envie um e-mail comprovando o problema com o produto (foto do defeito, tamanho errado, etc.). Faremos o reembolso após recebermos e inspecionarmos o pacote.
Se a devolução for causada pelo consumidor, este será responsável pela taxa de envio. O valor específico dessa taxa dependerá da transportadora escolhida.

I love the blues in this cardigan sweater - so cool.
I absolutely love OXKnit and their men’s fashion. Everything I ordered fit me very well, and the sizing felt true to U.S. sizes. I usually wear an XL, ordered an XL, and everything fit perfectly. Most of the items were in decent to good quality, especially when it came to the stitching, which looked well done overall.
One thing I would mention is that you really cannot wash most of these items at home because they can get ruined. I had one of the sweater-style items shrink on me after washing it. Because of that, I think it is best to take most of their clothing to the dry cleaners to keep it looking good and fitting properly.
Overall, I was very happy with my order and would definitely shop with them again.
Everything was perfect until my wife noticed a hole on the lower right side of the shirt.

Waist was smaller than the sizing chart indicated. Not by a lot but enough that I can’t wear them. I’d have no issue taking them to a tailor, but there is literally no extra fabric to allow these to be let out. Even though the legs are generously long, there’s still room to adjust the hems to make them longer if you have to…don’t understand why they wouldn’t leave some room for waist adjustment too….

We’re sorry to hear that the fabric felt thinner than you expected.
This style is made using a jacquard knitting technique, which means the pattern is created by knitting different yarns directly into the sweater rather than printing it on the surface.
Because of this technique, the thickness can vary depending on how complex the pattern design is. If the design is more detailed, the sweater will usually feel thicker because more cotton yarn is used. On the other hand, simpler designs may feel lighter.

They charged me twice, for an amount not even close to my order so I complained, they refused to do anything about it because they said no extra charges showed up on their end, so I figured whatever, cut my losses at least ill get some cool shirts. But I didnt get any cool shirts because they put that order and another made around the same time on hold because I complained, but they didnt tell me they put them on hold, they didnt refund my account and they didnt send any shirts at all. To top it all off, the one order was made specifically for one shirt that they discontinued while my orders were on hold and now I wont even get the shirt I really wanted. I just want my shit and to forget this company exists. Its not worth the headache if you ever need to talk to customer service. I just get emails apologizing that they arent doing anything.

After checking, when you first reported that one order may have been charged twice, we placed the order on hold and kindly asked for a screenshot of the transaction so we could verify the issue. At that time, we only received a written description, which unfortunately was not enough for us to confirm the duplicate charge.
We would also like to explain that the parcel we placed on hold did not include the item you mentioned most wanting in your email. We held this order only to avoid causing any further trouble for you. Our concern was that if we shipped the parcel before the payment issue was clarified, and you later requested a refund, we would no longer be able to intercept the package, and additional shipping-related complications might arise.
Please kindly understand that we had no intention of keeping your money unfairly. We were trying to avoid making the situation more difficult while waiting for your confirmation, but unfortunately, we did not hear back from you.
