Problemas com o PayPal
Se o nome e o endereço da sua conta PayPal não corresponderem aos do seu pedido, enviaremos um e-mail para verificação. Caso não haja resposta em até 3 dias úteis, o reembolso do pedido será feito automaticamente.
Situações em que não cobrimos a taxa de envio:
1. Escolher o tamanho errado, o modelo errado;
2. Não quero/não gosto;
3. O produto não tem nada de errado, só quero devolvê-lo.

① Número do pedido e código SKU do(s) produto(s) que você está devolvendo.

② Etiqueta de envio (na parte externa da embalagem).

Por favor, envie um e-mail comprovando o problema com o produto (foto do defeito, tamanho errado, etc.). Faremos o reembolso após recebermos e inspecionarmos o pacote.
Se a devolução for causada pelo consumidor, este será responsável pela taxa de envio. O valor específico dessa taxa dependerá da transportadora escolhida.
Caso, por nossa culpa, os produtos recebidos estejam danificados ou incorretos, o consumidor não será obrigado a arcar com o custo do frete por esse motivo.

This is the worst piece of clothing I’ve ever ordered. It’s cheaply made, oversized, and even the buttons are terribly placed so that it doesn’t do the job of covering you. They refused a return after multiple requests. Do not buy from this “company.”

I was prepared for a “get what you pay for” situation, but the product that arrived looked nothing like the image advertised. It has zero shape or structure and is essentially just a big cardigan. Would not shop here again.

I bought this dress and was expecting a certain level of shape at waist level.. but no, its a straight line from shoulder to knees , size small is way too big, its ruined for me I look ridiculous in it.

Does not fit as pictured, pockets are not flattering, big gaps between buttons. I do not recommend these dresses.

Poor quality, clothing may or may not resemble the picture & good luck w/ a return/customer service. Lesson learned, I will never ever buy anything from them again, absolutely an Instagram scam in my opinion. I'll be shocked if my reviews actually make it on the website b/c only seems like overwhelmingly positive reviews when i check, rather curious.

IF YOU'RE READING, DON'T BUY THEIR CLOTHING. 4 of my pieces of clothing showed up with either stretch marks or not resembling the picture whatsoever. Poor quality fabric, horrible customer service (i was refunded $32 out of a $150 order after multiple attempts at resolving they just frustrate the hell out of you until you just give up & I can wear 2 of the 6 I ordered. Save yourself the trouble, this company is 100% awful & so is the quality of their clothing.
