Customer service is not willing to work or help their customers; sizes run way too small. Never ordering from this site again.

We are sorry to hear that the sizing did not work for you. From the beginning, we advised that we could assist with a size exchange. We also explained that sizing can vary between different brands, so a 4XL from another brand may not match our 4XL measurements.
To help confirm whether the item matched our size chart, we asked for measurement photos, but unfortunately, these were not provided. Without measurement photos showing that the item is outside our size chart, we are unable to confirm this as a sizing discrepancy.
We also offered two possible solutions to help resolve the issue. However, the request for a 75% refund while keeping the products is beyond what we are able to offer in this case.
We are sorry that we could not reach the solution you expected, but we did try to assist within our policy.
Very good fit
Ordered XL. The shirt is extremely small. The return process is a nightmare and absolutely not even worth it. Read the fine print on their return policy. You have to ship everything back to China and hope they don’t “lose it”. For what these shirts cost and how long you have to wait for them, this is asinine. I’d not order from here again. Save your money.
