Perfect sweaters for fall and Halloween season!
Could not love this top more. Bees are cute, the fit is tailored, not oversized for a sloppy look. Looking forward to making my next order.
I was really excited for these as I've been looking for a good railroad barrel pant. But I can't even get them over my hips. I checked against sizing and bought the ones I thought would fit but they are tiiiiight.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that the pants are much tighter than you expected and don't fit comfortably. We apologize for the disappointment.
We have a 30-day return policy. You can find more details here:
https://www.oxknit.com/pages/return-exchange
We provide a size chart on each product page for reference. To help us better understand the sizing issue, could you please share a few photos showing the measurements of the pants, particularly the waist and hip areas?
You can send the photos to support@oxknit.com.
If there is a measurement discrepancy of more than 4 cm (1.5 inches) compared with the size chart, we will take responsibility for the sizing issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Thank you for your cooperation. We'll do our best to help resolve this for you.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a nice day!
I love the style. It always turns heads. Although I do not believe it is a particularly sturdy garment, and it will require care to keep its shape.
And it's too complicated to get a refund. I normally wear a Large but probably would've fit better in XL
Hi,

We'd also be happy to help you find a suitable solution and make the process as easy as possible.

Thank you for your support and have a blessed day!

Nice outfits
Me ha encantado la calidad de la falda y el cardigan, es súper agradable y muy cómodo. Perfecto para entretiempo !
I like all the sweaters, and if I could, I would buy them all. Great patterns. They are very comfortable to wear. The sizes match the size chart. I usually wear a size M, but your size S fits me very well.
I debated buying this for months because I don’t trust anything on the internet anymore. I’m so glad I took the risk. It’s adorable, looks boutique-ish, and isn’t scratchy. I love it so much I wore it two days in a row!
I love the material, fit true to size, and I get tons of compliments. Will purchase from them again.
