Vänligen skicka ett e-postmeddelande och bevisa problemet med varan (bild på varans kvalitetsproblem, fel storlek etc.). Vi återbetalar pengarna efter att vi har mottagit paketet och inspekterat det.
Om returen orsakas av konsumenten, bör konsumenten ansvara för fraktkostnaden. Den specifika avgiften bör baseras på vilket expressföretag du väljer.
Om de mottagna varorna av våra skäl är skadade eller inte korrekta, och konsumenten inte är skyldig att betala fraktkostnaden av denna anledning.

The sweater was adorable, though bulky and a little stiff - causing it to sit funny on me. I ordered a small, being usually a size 6-8. The fit was roomy like the picture. It just didn't drape at all.
The worst part - I washed it following the directions on the tag: gently by itself in cold water, turned inside out. I let it air dry, but could already see that the inner layer was separating from the outside later, totally distorting the sweater. No matter how I laid it out, I could not get it back to the original shape. The inner and outer layers don't match up, and the inner layer seems bigger, creating weird wrinkles and pouches.
I am so incredibly bummed to have wasted money on this.

This did not fit right!
Tried to make an exchange, but according to Oxknit, mailing back to China would be too expensive. They’ll give me 15% off my next order.
Most likely will not purchase from this company again because of this reason.
Unfortunately my sweater, while really cute and fits true to size, is not knitted well around the face of the fox. It’s noticeable, and I’m worried that it will unravel because it’s looser around this area.

This is related to the jacquard knitting technique used for this design. In jacquard knits, the pattern is created directly during the knitting process rather than being printed or embroidered afterward. At certain color-change or motif connection points, there can be internal floats or transition stitches, which may appear like a snag from the outside even though the structure of the garment is intact. This is a characteristic of the technique rather than a defect, and it will not cause the sweater to unravel or affect its durability.
Quality was fine. Fit was a little uncomfortable around the neck and armpits on the jump. I ordered an xL, being a medium tall wearer 6’4” 195lbs, because I wanted to make sure it would be long enough. Wore it once. Washed it in cold and dried in low heat. It shrunk so much it looks like I’m trying to film a music video in 1990. The xL is a crop top. Pattern is cool. Wouldn’t order again and will not recommend to anyone

Also, this product is made from 100% cotton yarn. To help maintain its shape and condition, we recommend delicate machine wash at 30°C (86°F) with similar colors, ironing inside out on low temperature, storing flat, and avoiding tumble drying or bleach.
Definitely recommend buying if your liked the ad! I always get worried about the reality vs photos but they’re actually awesome!!
Sits less like a draped on the shoulders t-shirt and more like cap sleeves which are my mortal enemy.
