PayPal-problem
Om ditt PayPal-kontonamn och din adress inte matchar din beställnings konto skickar vi ett e-postmeddelande för verifiering. Om vi inte får något svar inom 3 arbetsdagar återbetalar vi automatiskt beställningen.
Situationer där vi inte täcker fraktkostnader:
1. Välj fel storlek, fel stil;
2. Vill inte ha/gillar inte;
3. Inget fel på produkten, vill bara returnera.

Vänligen skicka ett e-postmeddelande och bevisa problemet med varan (bild på varans kvalitetsproblem, fel storlek etc.). Vi återbetalar pengarna efter att vi har mottagit paketet och inspekterat det.
Om returen orsakas av konsumenten, bör konsumenten ansvara för fraktkostnaden. Den specifika avgiften bör baseras på vilket expressföretag du väljer.
Om de mottagna varorna av våra skäl är skadade eller inte korrekta, och konsumenten inte är skyldig att betala fraktkostnaden av denna anledning.

I get a lot of compliments on this, but it is too big. I wish it came in an XS. I'm also nervous about washing it because if it does shrink, the large sparrow appliqués won't sit flat, and the sweater will be ruined. I wish it fit properly!

Regarding washing, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and laying the sweater flat to dry to help maintain its shape and protect the appliqué details. Please avoid tumble drying.

I wasn't sure I liked the bubble sleeves but as the day wore on I felt very cute :) the birds are so vibrant!
Very good quality
I get a lot of compliments when I wear this sweater to work. It's relatively lightweight, but heavy enough to not require an undershirt. Washed a few times, held up well. No shrinkage or color loss, embroidery is very high quality.
So many people have complimented me on my "style" while wearing this. Its very good quality material. I 100% recommend.

My husband and I wore our matching oxknit outfits to our recent trip to Ravenna Italy. He was unaware I purchased matching outfits but he happily wore his retro shirt. I think it fit him well.

I'm 5'1" and 130 lbs, and small is the right size for me. They do take quite awhile to ship, so be prepared for at least a month before delivery, if you're ordering for a specific event. Unlike other products from oxknit this isn’t well made. After trying it on, parts that should lie flat like pokers don’t, it seems stretched in parts, and I dread to think how it will stand up to a wash. The colour is great, and it feels like it would keep me warm

Love the sweater, but an XL was skin tight on me, whereas they are usually loose and I also fit in large, but as more fitted. This is the only XL that doesn’t fit me. I gave mine away.
