PayPal-problem
Om ditt PayPal-kontonamn och din adress inte matchar din beställnings konto skickar vi ett e-postmeddelande för verifiering. Om vi inte får något svar inom 3 arbetsdagar återbetalar vi automatiskt beställningen.
Situationer där vi inte täcker fraktkostnader:
1. Välj fel storlek, fel stil;
2. Vill inte ha/gillar inte;
3. Inget fel på produkten, vill bara returnera.

Vänligen skicka ett e-postmeddelande och bevisa problemet med varan (bild på varans kvalitetsproblem, fel storlek etc.). Vi återbetalar pengarna efter att vi har mottagit paketet och inspekterat det.
Om returen orsakas av konsumenten, bör konsumenten ansvara för fraktkostnaden. Den specifika avgiften bör baseras på vilket expressföretag du väljer.
Om de mottagna varorna av våra skäl är skadade eller inte korrekta, och konsumenten inte är skyldig att betala fraktkostnaden av denna anledning.

I ordered my usual size L based on the size chart. It’s very cute looking but very narrow. The fit is not generous. Not worth returning, it was cheap.
My wife loved it. She's already purchased it in other colors.
This sweater is a comfortable cotton with fun colors!
I wore this one time, put it in a garment bag and washed on gentle, laid it flat to dry, and the next time I wore it, I noticed a hole in the stripe right at the apex of my chest. No way to fix/hide. I did not snag this on anything. The only thing I can think of is the knitting was weak and the washing destroyed it. Literally one washing and no dryer. Really really disappointed because it’s a great style, but I will not buy more from oxknit because the quality does not hold up at all.
They were a little on the small side for their size. They were nicely made and not cheap looking or feeling, but they aren’t the pants in the photo. A close knockoff I suppose, but not close enough. I thought for the price and with all the hype it wouldn’t be a knockoff company, but it seems to be so.

I wanted to love this skirt but I was not thrilled with the quality. Additionally when I reached out to return the items I was notified the company would close down for 2 weeks for holiday. The 2 weeks brought me too close to the cut off date to return this skirt and a shirt I purchased. I plan to donate them.

Regarding the return time window, we follow the date of your first email to us. As long as your initial contact was made within 30 days, it is considered within the return window.

I love the look, but unfortunately it is cheaply made. Buttons are barely attached and fabric arrived with pulls in it.

I will start with the positives; reasonably priced, looks great, different style design, have received compliments.
Flipside; longer than I would have liked, really warm which is great for people who run cold however; #perimenopause. I also feel like this will lose it's shape quickly and may only be a one season sweater.

Knit is just like the photo. Vibrant color and quality knit and cut. I've seen several complaints about sizing. These are sized down to the inch, so they really are true to size. With that said, you freaky have to own your specific body type with these fits because they are probably catered to be form fitting to give the cut a more premium look and finish. My wife's face lit up when we got ready to head out to our niece's pageant tonight. I'm 5'9, 187lbs, and I bought a Medium. I definitely would hang dry these only.
