Our policy lasts 30 days. Please process the return within 30 days since delivered, and please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we don't accept return for exchange or refund for Lingerie, underwears, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer you the option to either get a refund or wait for restocked.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

unlike the rest of my dresses and sets from oxknit, the fabric for the dress is very rough and scratchy, not soft at all. not sure why this one is so much different

Love the design, very soft the top half of the dress is cute as, but the skirt is very short, only about 2cm below the crotch.
They need to show a pic of the dress on a model.
I assume the picture is a size small and looks like it stops about mid thigh to just above the knee. I didn't realise that the length only increases by 2cm from small to large size, when the chest increases by 8cm. It completely looses the ratio with larger sizes. I would prefer an extra 10cm in length. I will not be wearing without leggings.

Was excited to receive this cute sweater, but unfortunately it is not anywhere near true to size. I got a small and it looks like an XXL. I am 5'1 and 113 lbs. for reference. I recommend sizing down if you can. I got the smallest size, so I do not have that option.
