Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on underwears, Briefs.

If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.

If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.

3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I bought this sweater as a gift because I liked the graphic, but I was so pleasantly surprised by its quality and fit that I plan on buying several for myself. Great weight, nice elasticity, very good overall.
I ordered the men’s fox pullover because of its beautiful pattern and colours. I thought my husband would enjoy it as a Christmas gift. Sadly, when he removed it from the Oxknit plastic bag we discovered that the shoulder seams showed the wrong colours, colours inconsistent with the design. The shoulder seams made the fox pullover look sloppy and poorly made. I am hoping for an identical replacement, as offered by Oxknit, but have not received an update from the company. I think poor quality control is probably the cause. I am reluctant to order anything else from Oxknit because of this experience.

As we mentioned in our email, the difference you noticed is due to the jacquard knitting technique. Jacquard patterns are created by interweaving multiple colored yarns, so it is normal for the underlying yarn layers to be faintly visible through small openings in the top layer. This is a natural characteristic of the technique rather than a quality defect.
That said, we completely understand that this may look different from what you expected, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment and any confusion this may have caused.
OK, usually these purchases can be kind of a lottery of quality, but the sweater is really gorgeous. And it’s extremely comfortable and well-made as well. It’s not itchy at all.
It's beautiful unfortunately unable to wear it as the sizing is too small. Went by your size chart prior to purchase and item is not made to size.
The bow is a satin ribbon sewn on just below the knitted color. Not knitted or part of the color as the photo implies. Great price, but definitely cheap looking. I took the bow off because it looks so bad.
This is not true to size, so definitely size up. I'm between a size 4-6 and I got an XL based on the measurements. It's a little big. I probably could have gotten a large, but I think I can take the skirt in a bit if it stretches out. Darling dress.

Crafted beautifully in fit and design. I love my sweater and always get compliments on it. The 2x was a little big on me but after washing it shrank just a bit so I think I made the right choice going 1 size up from my normal size. The length is pretty long too, goes past my hips, so I fold it under when I wear it.
I absolutely love OXKnit and their men’s fashion. Everything I ordered fit me very well, and the sizing felt true to U.S. sizes. I usually wear an XL, ordered an XL, and everything fit perfectly. Most of the items were in decent to good quality, especially when it came to the stitching, which looked well done overall.
One thing I would mention is that you really cannot wash most of these items at home because they can get ruined. I had one of the sweater-style items shrink on me after washing it. Because of that, I think it is best to take most of their clothing to the dry cleaners to keep it looking good and fitting properly.
Overall, I was very happy with my order and would definitely shop with them again.

I bought this before reading the reviews and was really nervous that I sized too small. I’m 5’5 155lbs, ordered a medium, but I’m definitely a large in some brands. Arrived yesterday and I’m in love. It fits tight but it’s body con and it looks right!
