Our policy lasts 30 days. So please process the return within policy lasts, and allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we cannot offer refunds on underwears, Briefs.

Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased had out of stock, we will contact the offer you the choice to either refund or wait until in stock by E-mail.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:

2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I usually fit a Large unless it’s something slim-fit, and XL is almost always a safe bet. I read the reviews about the sizing, so I went with an XL, but it was still really tight. Luckily, the material is stretchable. I soaked it in water with conditioner and stretched it overnight after that, after that, it fit more like a true Large. That said, I love the design and the quality. I’ll definitely be ordering more, just in 2XL or maybe even 3XL next time.

Like the product but with out trying on they ran small. Tried to arrange exhznge but company doesn’t cover return shipping, which is more than the product Whig also means I’m stuck with product that doesn’t fit

I used the sizing tool that suggests the correct size for Oxknit garments. It suggested I get 2XL for all of my garments. I bought 3 garments. One fit perfectly, the second fit slightly big and felt like it could be shrunk a little to get a nice fit. The third (this one) did not fit at all and was way too big, and was swimming on me. It is way too big, and it is unfeasible to return due to shipping and handling costs. Due to the inconsistency in sizing among garments and inability to return or exhange without having to purchase another size outright makes it difficult to recommend purchasing from Oxknit. They have very nice garments but purchase at your own peril.
