Our policy lasts 30 days. Please process the return within 30 days since delivered, and please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
You'll get an -email once your return request has been successfully processed.
Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are visibly defective, we don't accept return for exchange or refund for Lingerie, underwears, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Briefs.
Situations we refund
Product's issue
If the product does not match what you want or the product has a quality issue, we'll process a refund within 3 business days.
Out of stock
If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you via email to offer you the option to either get a refund or wait for restocked.
PayPal Issues
If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's, we'll send an email for verification. If there's no reply within 3 business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Situations we don't cover shipping fee:
1. Choose wrong size, wrong style;
2. Don't want/like;
3. Nothing wrong with the product, just want to return.

Return Process:
Please include the following information in the return package :
① Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you return.
(Local post office's return only. (you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed if choosing expresses like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX))
② Shipping label (outside the package).
③Tracking number.
④ Reasons for return.
Please E-mail and prove the item problem(picture of item's quality-related issue, wrong size, etc.), we'll refund after we received the package and inspected it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size, when I contacted Oxknit to see what my options were, they were so kind to replace the sweater at the size that I needed, all without sending the other back! It was my mistake, no questions asked, they replaced the sweater! I had already purchased two other sweaters before this purchase, both fit perfectly, high quality, wash-up very nicely and purchases at a very reasonable price!
I will definitely be ordering more from Oxknit! Can’t recommend them enough!

I couldn't be happier with the quality of this sweater, it looks and feels amazing. It is probably just me, but I found they run a little small. I just orderd a similar cartdigan in a size larger than normal.
More importantly, I had an issue with my first order. I notified customer service of the issue and they offered me the best possible solution. Thank you for going out of your way to make it right.
I am so impressed with Oxknits customer service! A size chart is available on each product page for reference. As all garments are measured by hand, a variation of around 2–3 cm is considered normal. For reference, 1 inch equals 2.54 cm.
Please rest assured that if the difference is beyond this range, we will take full responsibility for the issue.

The pattern is cute, and the quality of the fabric seems great. However, I ordered this shirt in a small. I'm 5'3", 130 lbs, and I am not small-chested. I am *swimming* in this shirt; the length goes to my thighs. I could wear it as a dress if it didn't look totally weird to do. Pretty disappointing.

Absolutely comfortable and great fitting. Does pull even when laundered according to tag directions but for the price it’s hard to beat
With the orange and white Jordan 1s with the orange black Orioles hat and black jeans . I think I was the nicest dress person where I was. The shirt was perfect.
I bought this for a themed party. It served that purpose very well. The shirt is of high quality, very comfortable being all cotton, and sizing is accurate. He repeatedly wears it for any occasion or non-occasion now. Unexpectedly, it has become my husband's favourite shirt!
Shirt quality is nice. Would appreciaelte it if clothes had more than one photo but it is what it is.
