I loved the shirt, but I ordered the wrong size first. (It is fitted and runs small, so size up!) The return/exchange process is ridiculous, so I gave it to a friend and then placed another order for the correct size. The second order was supposedly delivered. They showed a picture of the package ON TOP of my mailbox & not IN it. It was either stolen or the delivery driver kept it after taking the picture. All this company told me to do is check with my neighbors. They offered no solution for me to get the shirt I ordered. So now I am out over $60 plus shipping (twice) and still don’t have the shirt I wanted. I will never order from this company again because they wouldn’t make it right. I do not recommend anyone ordering from them no matter how great the clothing appears to be. Not worth it!

To protect your privacy, we cannot disclose too much of your order information here, the reason we advise to contact your local carrier is due to we hand the parcel over to our carrier, and our carrier will hand the parcel to your local carrier when the parcel arrives in your country. We are an overseas sender and cannot directly contact your local distributor.
We can't get detailed information unless we ask our domestic carrier to confirm the parcel with your local carrier, that's why we advise you to contact your local carrier to see if they are able to help you in find out the parcel. They are the actual handlers and will be able to provide more accurate information.
