Λόγω λόγων υγιεινής, εκτός αν τα προϊόντα είναι ορατά ελαττωματικά, δεν δεχόμαστε επιστροφές για ανταλλαγή ή επιστροφή χρημάτων για Εσώρουχα, Εσώρουχα, Νυχτικά, Μαγιό και Σλιπ.

Πρόβλημα προϊόντος
Εάν το προϊόν δεν ταιριάζει με αυτό που θέλετε ή το προϊόν έχει πρόβλημα ποιότητας, θα επεξεργαστούμε επιστροφή εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών.
Εκτός αποθέματος
Αν το προϊόν που αγοράσατε είναι εκτός αποθέματος, θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας μέσω email για να σας δώσουμε την επιλογή να λάβετε επιστροφή χρημάτων ή να περιμένετε για επανεφοδιασμό.
Προβλήματα PayPal
Αν το όνομα λογαριασμού και η διεύθυνση του PayPal σας δεν ταιριάζουν με αυτά της παραγγελίας σας, θα σας στείλουμε email για επαλήθευση. Αν δεν υπάρξει απάντηση εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών, θα προβούμε αυτόματα σε επιστροφή χρημάτων της παραγγελίας.
Περιστάσεις που δεν καλύπτουμε τα έξοδα αποστολής:
1. Επιλογή λάθος μεγέθους, λάθος στυλ;
2. Δεν θέλετε/σας αρέσει;
3. Δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το προϊόν, απλά θέλετε να το επιστρέψετε.

Παρακαλούμε συμπεριλάβετε τις εξής πληροφορίες στη συσκευασία επιστροφής :
① Αριθμός παραγγελίας και κωδικός SKU του/των προϊόντος/των που επιστρέφετε.
(Μόνο επιστροφές από τοπικό ταχυδρομείο.(μπορεί να προκύψουν τελωνειακοί δασμοί και η παράδοση μπορεί να καθυστερήσει αν επιλέξετε εταιρείες ταχείας όπως DHL, UPS, TNT και FEDEX))
② Ετικέτα αποστολής (εκτός του πακέτου).
③Αριθμός παρακολούθησης.
④ Λόγοι επιστροφής.
Παρακαλούμε στείλτε e-mail και αποδείξτε το πρόβλημα του προϊόντος (φωτογραφία προβλήματος ποιότητας του προϊόντος, λάθος μέγεθος, κ.λπ.), θα επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα αφού λάβουμε το πακέτο και το ελέγξουμε.
Αν η επιστροφή οφείλεται στον καταναλωτή, ο καταναλωτής ευθύνεται για τα έξοδα αποστολής. Το συγκεκριμένο κόστος καθορίζεται από την εταιρεία ταχείας που επιλέγετε.
Αν λόγω δικών μας λόγων, τα αγαθά που παραλάβατε είναι κατεστραμμένα ή λανθασμένα, ο καταναλωτής δεν υποχρεούται να επιβαρυνθεί με τα έξοδα αποστολής για αυτόν τον λόγο.

I ordered a size up and I’m glad I did because it would have been tighter than I like if I ordered my normal size. I like my tops looser though. It’s colorful and fun. It arrived pretty fast too. Way faster than I expected.
It's a lovely top. Fabric: is thick so this is really a little sweater. In south Louisiana where I live this is a winter top. In colder climates it could be a spring or early fall top. Sizing: according to Oxknit's size chart my measurements put me between a 2x and a 3x. Although I usually wear an XL or 1x, I wasn't sure if Oxknit's garment sizing followed a US model or a Chinese model. So, to be safe and going by their chart, I first ordered the 3x and it was much too large. So my top, the "knitted bubble sleeve polo" ran large. I contacted Oxknit about exchanging and requested an XL, which they sent quickly. I'm very happy with the XL, it fits great. I haven't yet washed the top, so don't know how it holds up after repeated cycles in the washer or handwashing.

I was so excited about this top. I washed it and laid it flat to dry. The fit was so wrong. The belt was under my boobs, the snap button was too high and too visible. The shape was bad as well.

It is a cute halter top but I got a size small and I'm SWIMMING in it--it fits like a large in other brands would. Way too big and no smaller sizes :( It's a shame because I love Oxknit styles but their smallest size is about two sizes too big for me.

The items i bought including this vest are cheaply made and don’t fit right. Their clothes just aren’t for me.
